Excellent experience. But the car driver given for Coimbatore didn't know English nor Hindi and wasted our two hours on the road.

We arrived late in Ooty and didn’t have many choices left. We booked the hotel through Traveloka, but it was quite expensive. The hotel was very old and poorly maintained, with cleanliness and safety issues. It definitely needs upgrades to meet modern standards. Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing.
