Excellent locaton.

A great hotel in a perfect location. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast is fantastic. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

No one at the front desk at 8:00 pm. Had to wait 5 minutes to check in.

Quiet, cozy room with all the amenities I could need. Loved the extra blanket, the Nespresso, the bottled waters, the shampoo and conditioner, the soft room lighting, the easy-to-use thermostat, and closet accessories. I made myself at home. I slept well and throughly enjoyed the room and hotel during my busy stay visiting my college student nephew. The breakfast was decadent and a nice feature each morning. I felt so well cared for. Thank you, friends.

Lovely room with a balcony to watch the sunset. Staff are helpful and Hôtel is located above Sherbrooke Metro station.

The room was very basic. It was not configured the way we had discussed at check-in but the front desk staff were able to assemble things at our request. Clean room and bathroom. Breakfast was acceptable but not as great as some of the reviews we had read. I had asked for some vegetarian options. The request was noted but there was nobody who was aware of it at the breakfast service. The attempt to give the impression of service was made but it fell short unfortunately. Location is convenient. Metro literally next to the property. I will likely not be staying here again.

Super simple, super clean rooms super comfortable. Room layout was smart. Love that's it's not carpeted.

My stay at Hotel de l'ITHQ was lovely! The property staff were very friendly and the quality of the breakfast was excellent. I also dined at the restaurant for dinner and was very impressed with my meal. A great experience overall!

Location is good. Parking is very low ceiling, if you have a truck won't fit.

So, the only drawback was the climb into the tub; I’m 5’ 6”, and it was very nearly too tall for me! If I were my 4’ 11” tall mother, I wouldn’t have made it.

It was convenient to the subway and comfy. We had an amazing view of the sunset.

The room was rather small with no comfortable chairs to sit in. The hotel was clean and modern. Checkin was quick. Parking was extra. The restaurant breakfast was quite nice, enjoyed it. However, no cream for the coffee, only milk...a faux pas in our books! Great location, close to Old Montreal. Overall we did enjoy our stay, it just wasn't a $350 night kinda room, was expecting more.

Pour un séjour de deux nuits, tout fut extra. De l'arrivée au départ, nous avons été bien servi. Les déjeuners furent succulents, et l'attention que nous avons reçu est sans contredit un 5 étoiles. C'est vraiment un bel endroit pour séjourner quelques jours. Merci pour tout.
