The breakfast buffet is good.

Love to stay at Marriott hotel& I proud one of member. I have a 18 hour layover and when I saw a marriott hotel close by Copenhagen airport I was happy because marriott hotels are one of the my favorite hotels Room smell cigaret Bathroom so dirty I’m so disappointed 😩pls let be proud Marriott hotel

Massive hotel on the outskirts of Copenhagen. Great if visiting for a trade fair as right next door. We were here as a 2 night holiday and it was a good experience. The staff were very helpful and guided us in how to use the metro which is a 10 minute walk away. Very easy to use and cheap. Breakfast was below par for a hotel this size. No personal service, just buffet. Plenty of cafes towards the metro where a proper breakfast would probably be better and cheaper. Pillows were sparse on arrival, we asked for more and were offered different types to choose from - memory foam, soft or firm etc. Reception was busy most of the time, so queuing is to be expected. Parking at hotel is expensive. Unload outside the hotel and take to your room and then park opposite at the golf club - half price. Overall a good experience.

Modern and location between downtown and airport.

Very nice, clean and modern hotel. The building is very stylish and modern. The hotel has a bar and several restaurants within it's vicinity/ complex. Staff are friendly and polite. Hotel is within walking distance of a metro station, which takes you into Copenhagen city centre/downtown.

Inadequate disability friendly room. No shower curtain, no decent grab bars/handles except with toilet which were adequate but poorly designed (too long). Floor was totally wet (80%) after shower and unsafe with my carer having to towel floor to make it safe. Door to bathroom difficult to shut with a walker. Taps in sink just too small and narrow making them difficult to use.Room was a good size but completely inefficient with a portable fold up bed set up for carer when there was plenty of room for another single bed to be added.Suggest you get a properly qualified Ocupational therapist to plan the room. For a multui million dollar hotel surely you can afford to have a properly set up disabled friendly rooms or isn't this one of your priorities. Please pass this on to management.

Good, very comfortable

It is a very nice hotel with decent sized rooms. It was very close to the airport and to the metro (to reach most parts of Copenhagen). The breakfast was wonderful too. I would certainly stay here again if I ever get a chance to visit Copenhagen. Jaideep

This has been a wonderful place for us to stay. It is clean, well kept, and has fabulous staff. This particular visit, we were overwhelmed with the number of guests. Check in took longer than usual, and we had to plan carefully for meal times.

Land mark hotel

We enjoyed our stay at the AC Hotel by Marriott Bella. The rooms were clean and had a great view of the city.

The hotel building is beautiful from the outside and lobby....however the rooms are not clean at checkin even, I took photos and went back to the reception where they just offered another room Of course after a long drive from frankf the inconvoenxe of reshuffling our bags from tower 2 to tower 1 want an option.... so they sent housekeeping and I had to show her all the bright as day faults I. The room has mould / stains and white semen muck on the chairs ... the covers had tears and stain of blood on the sheet.... don't get me started on the pillows....totally over rated and not marriott level or quality...there was even hair inches toilet be4 we even used it after checking in The whole building is falling apart, old women out carpets/ cladding on wall has gone loose and corners were damaged from bags hitting them and lack of maintenance As for location several other hotels in the area , if your not their to attend an event I the Bella center... it's way to far from the main. City activity and attractions Advice if you are coming with a car , dont bother moving it from car park once you arrive , parking is silly expensive in downtown.... best way to get around is metro and hop on hop off bus

Our room was quite close to elevators (on the backnofbthe elevators), so it was noisy . We requested some adjustments, that just come after we asked agaim, like a doible bed blancket (originally werevtwo single beb blanket for a queen bed).
