Clean room and staff

Staff was courteous, however no complimentary water in room. Asked for complimentary water twice and eventually got it. The floor we stayed on was constantly cluttered with something, not sure if it was renovations being done at the time.

All good, rooms clean. Lifts were a bit slow but other that that great

There’s a very bad experience with this hotel because you have bad smell in a towel and dirty table and as when cover bed is very dirty smell and dirty anyway
