The AC didn’t work well, the bathroom has a terrible odor , they don’t have elevator, the bathroom doesn’t have where to plug my hair dryer . The only good thing it’s the location.

DO NOT STAY here unless you want to get sick. As soon as we walked into our room, the MUSTY smell hits you like a bat in the face. What do you know to our surprise the bathroom ceiling was full of MOLD.

The personal was friendly and supportive.

I did not like the area. The Hotel is ok for the price and is Clean.

Yes, it is not a new building but in general clean, staff very nice and helpful. there's no elevator I got my room on the second floor but the staff helped me with my luggage. No complaints at all.

Overall great stay and good pricing.

Kindness of staff

The room assigned upon arrival was not what was advertised in the website at the time of booking online. Our assigned room was very small, poorly lit, and smelled bad. When we inquired to change or upgrade our room, the front desk staff was not courteous or accommodating. They claimed that that was our assigned room and no changes could be made. For these reasons, we left the hotel the next day and searched for another place to stay.

Son muy buenos pero las facilidades constantemente tienen problemas por ejemplo el aire acondicionado apaga y prende solo, el agua se acabó mientras me daba una ducha nos cambiaron de habitación 2 veces pero de todo lo demás no me quejo
