This was/is an elite hotel for many royal family and government/international activities with outstanding environment and restaurants.

Ideal peaceful getaway with gorgeous view of the bay and mountains. Courteous and most helpful staff. Always try to spend a few days here whenever we visit Japan.

Great hotel for location, ocean view and hotel staff quality. Hotel staff are really helpful and kind to treat us like only guests. This hotel offers guests an access to lounge for The Classic and The Bay Suites, which is a really luxurious lounge where you can try a variety kinds of snack and drink with watching great views from the upper deck. We'd really like to come back this hotel if we have a chance to do so. Thank you for your welcoming hospitality and great service. This stay is one of the most memorable stays for us.

Great Hotel, average customer service. Strict rules.

Staff is super thorough and has a lot of recommendations. The free guest lounge for drinks/snacks is great for relaxing and it's nice to be able to utilize the lounge in the sister hotel up the hill as well. Comfortable/clean rooms.

We had a most enjoyable stay at this wonderful hotel. Everything was lovely, from the room to the service and views!

Hotel room is very standard Japanese style, with small bathroom and old furnitures. Outstanding breakfast served, with choices of western style buffet or Japanese style set menu. It must be a busy time for the hotel so we were unable to make any dinner reservations inside all hotel restaurants during our stay, we ended up having no choice but to have bar snacks inside the bar lounge. (Room service menu was horrible)

The check-in staff cannot speak English and could find my booking. The hotel is not as good as it was described in terms of room condition. There is not much to see and restaurant in local area, but I think it's good if you plan to just stay in the hotel for a good rest.

Love the listening room and the music quality in public area. Good provision of food and drink at lounge.

Aound hotel,not exist atraction other than bay view,and need to take train for sightseeing points with some cost. However the hotel give us a nice sleep and confort. I hope this hotel can give a restaurant service little more economy.(20,000 Yen per person or 8,000 Yen per person are too much for us.) I wanted to go fishing near by but there are no service for this point.
