Nice view, chill ambient, friendly personnel

I was very disappointed with my stay. The place was dirty, with stains on the sheets and bed cover, which is completely unacceptable. I also saw cockroaches in the room. Overall, it did not feel clean or comfortable at all. I would not stay here again and do not recommend it. The people at the restaurant are very kind.

We’re expats who live in Mexico full time. We loved this place, so quiet and sweet. There were som renovations going on but it didn’t bother us. The air conditioning is quiet loud at first but we still slept well and enjoyed waking up to an absolutely stunning view. We both said we’d stay here again and prefer it to the city express any day 😎

Don’t get laundry done. Otherwise amazing!

I was surprise for the thousands of little bugs attached to the room outside door when we were coming at night. Even when personnel sprayed them before entering the room, dozens were inside. Rooms need a better maintenance and a bigger TV. On the other hand, the view to the lagoon is beautiful, specially at sunrise

Great location with an awesome view. Mediocre service though and wore off rooms with no amenities other than a small tv with bad reception.

The most disgusting dirty rooms, there were flies, spider webs, the art frame in the room was full of dust and webs.

The Lobby and common areas looked nice. El lobby y las areas comunes estan bonitas. The rooms are very ugly, with insects everywhere (spiders, cockroaches, and thousands of mosquitos. Los cuartos estan feos, con muchos insectos como arañas, cucarachas y miles de mosquitos. The rooms are in poor conditions, the bathrooms look rusted in some areas. Los cuartos estan en malas condiciones, como los baños que tienen muchas partes oxidadas. At the moment of checkin, the person at the front desk said that we had to pay in full for the days we reserved (2 days) A la hora de llegar, la persona de la recepción dijo que se tenía que pagar por completo todas las noches reservadas (2 noches) We decided to stay only one of the two booked nights, and even though we decided to cancel the 2nd night right after we checked in, the person at the front desk refused to refund the 2nd paid night. Decidimos quedarnos sólo una de las dos noches reservadas, y aunque decidimos cancelar la segunda noche una hora después de hacer la reservación, la persona de la recepción se nego a hacer el reembolso.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful.

Common areas are nice! The views of the lake are amazing! Rooms are old, but large and clean!
