Parking is big issue staff should be more friendly and should speak English as well Need regular cleaning on every corner especially bathrooms

Lovely 11 night stay. Fabulous attentive and caring staff, everyone couldn’t do enough for us. We had a tired Deluxe King suite. Bed was comfy, good shower although you had to let the water run for 5-7 mins before the hot water kicked in, TV’s were a little temperamental but the maintenance crew quick and fixed any issues. The suite was lovely, spacious, as per pictures but a little tired as peeling paint, dated furniture and amenities. The housekeeping team did a fab job and were flexible in cleaning times to suit us, but other areas like the bar had dusty sofas which you could see hadn’t been cleaned recently. Main resturant was clean and nice, Tokyo bar food was wonderful, good sushi! Would I stay again? Yes.

Staff was not helpful. My father was a patient of diabetes and he wanted to make the room temperature little less cool but their service was extremely terrible.

First visit to Jalandhar was a good experience and was happy with the service overall. Breakfast was of a good standard with a variety of options. Room service was excellent with friendly staff. I was happy with my initial stay so I extended my trip and chose to stay longer.

We had ants on our bed when we got our room. They upgraded us to another room, but it had stains on the bedding (lipstick etc). They left no towels in our room. Staff were very good about apologizing but unable to rectify anything in a timely fashion or at all. We asked for extra towels, after several calls and discussions and being promised they were being sent right away we sod not get them until the next day. My first negative review of a hotel ever. Restaurant staff were good.

We stayed here when I went to do wedding shopping from the UK and thought it was great. Clean, nice rooms and right in the middle of shops. The breakfast wasn’t that great and no orange juice but I would definitely stay here again !

Excellent service oriented hotel that has amazing staff. Jashwant at the front security/Valet was extremely friendly and helpful in every way. I was here for one week and enjoyed every day. Thank you.

It was very disappointing that the swimming pool was closed. At the time of booking it was advertised this hotel has a pool, which is the only reason I booked it. Everyday was told that it would open the following day, we stayed there 7 nights, and the pool finally opened on the day we left the hotel- 2nd April
