Receptionist very friendly, room clean, bed comfy, only negative was the toilet flush was very weak.

The hotel staff are EXCELLENT. Especially Dina. We were stuck in Rimini for 5 days due to the UK ATC issue and Ryanair’s incompetence. The kindness shown to us by Dina during this time was invaluable. She went out of her way to make us feel welcomed and that really helped ease a stressful situation. Outstanding for the price. Service was great and it was a short walk to the beach. Good breakfast. We only stayed one night. If it was much more, i would look at other places. Only because the quad room with a family of 4 (older kids) was a bit small. Pretty typical in an Italian hotel though.

The staff was wonderful--- very friendly and helpful. Lots of smiles, even from house keeping. The hotel is simple with small rooms. Not an issue if you don't plan to spend much time in the room. Breakfast was kitty corner from the hotel and was very nice. Paid parking was a short walk from the hotel.

Great little hotel, very close to the beach and all the restaurants. Staff friendly and they were very welcoming towards out little dog, so if you're travelling with a pet - absolutely great. The only disadvantage is a size of a room, they are pretty small, but overall it was good

We stayed in this hotel couple of years ago, we memorized it as very good and that is why we decided to return. We were surprised when we opened the room, it was nothing that we remembered! Small, dark with destroyed wall paintings and bathroom of a wardrobe size! Immediately we requested another room, which also wasn't great but acceptable for one night stay (not to mention that I found huge spider on my pillow). WiFi worked bad on my side of the bed so I had to move closer to the doors each time I wanted to browse Internet. Breakfast was ok, it was served in another hotel accross the street, though.

Stayed in the off-season. Ridiculously cheap. Great buffet breakfast. Service was fantastic. 5 minute walk to the beach, bars and restaurants.

ok hotel, lift wasn't working and we were on the second floor. tiny room. Limited parking spaces.

The quality of service compared to the money is very good. The staff was extremely helpful, even gave us discount coupons for some nearby restaurants what we used. The room is really small (no space for suitcase). To be fair there is storage space, but above the bed and is a little hard to reach. The bathroom in big, but the toilet is situated funny and there is just about 30-40cm to put your legs. Relatively clean. Probably would go back.

Unless you have a sat nav it would have been difficult to find and there was only three parking spaces so we had to park the car on the next street. That is only the disappointment. The hotel itself was very comfortable the staff was extremely helpful and the location was not far from the main sea front and shops . The breakfast the next day was among the best we had on our tour of Italy and staying at other hotels.

Staff were excellent, even much better than at more expensive hotels. Easy check-in, free parking and free Wi-Fi. Very nice buffet breakfast and two staff members making sure everything is clean and all food available at all times. Great service, excellent value for money.

So viel Geld bezahlt keine Parkplätze und keine frühstücken. Andere Hotel war 70€ wenig war .

Hotel war im großen und ganzen OK. Man sollte aber wissen dieses Hotel ist SEHR SEHR laut. Nicht von außen sondern von innen. Türe knallen, laufen in den Gängen und sogar Unterhaltungen in Nachbar Zimmerern. Man bekommt frische Laken und Handtücher, nur die Bettdecke müsste gewechselt werden. Ich kann gegen das junge Personal nichts beanstanden. Die Ladies an der Rezeption immer freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit und natürlich der Junge Mann auch. Störend war das der eine Besitzer (sollen wohl mehrere sein) ständig an der Rezeption rum hang. Wirkte sehr arrogant und war unhöflich gegenüber seinen Gästen. Grüßte nie zurück. Soll er sich vielleicht ein Büro zulegen.
