Gabrielle was the front desk clerk that greeted us when we arrived and was always helpful and patient with any and the many questions we had for the beautiful city of Palermo and island of Sicily! The room was well equipped, clean, quiet. There's a rooftop bar/restaurant with limited food offerings but a beautiful view. Staff are very accommodating and polite. The location of the hotel is not far from historic sights, restaurants and shopping. Be aware that dinner isn't available in restaurants until 7:00-7:30 pm.

Amazing! Prime location, friendly/helpful staff, rooms/property very clean, great breakfast/rooftop restaurant. Very close to a variety of transportation. Loved it!

Lovely hotel located in the city centre, very welcoming staff, fully equipped bedroom and spotless. Comfortable bed. Breakfast had gluten free options . Recommend

The room was decent enough. I had an issue. My wife forgot to add my child onto the room so we had to pay Double the price for the room which I felt was slightly unfair and unscrupulous. They told us they were fully booked and then when I agreed to pay double price magically a room appeared so apart from the greetings of the Management I think it’s a decent hotel. Good location but sure no match for a Hilton I wouldn’t do it again though.

The staff were delightful, helpful and friendly; the buffet breakfast is great value with a very good selection of sweet and savoury treats. There is an element of mystic when it comes to the roof bar which doesn’t make it very spontaneous to visit or welcoming, which I think is does the amenities a disservice.

I had a great stay at Hotel Politeama in Palermo. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore shops, restaurants, and major attractions. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a good variety and quality. Overall, a convenient and enjoyable place to stay in Palermo.

Loved Hotel Politeama! The hotel was right across the street from the beautiful Teatro Politeama Garibaldi piazza, and directly across from the airport bus drop off. The entire hotel staff was warm and inviting, especially the front desk who were all very helpful. My room was lovely - clean, comfy bed, great amenities, great a/c, even an old school coat rack. It was very quiet even though I was across from the stairs and elevator. Breakfast was fantastic; a diverse selection of both hot and cold items, cakes and pastries, and delicious, to-order cappuccino. The hotel is close to all the sites and shopping, with a nice selection of restaurants close by. I will definitely return!

The breakfast bar has a wonderful selection of fresh fruit, assorted, yogurts, wonderful pastries, scrambled eggs, bacon, frittata, and a wide variety of cheese and breakfast meats

Great location, great restaurant on the roof, beautiful rooms, helpful staff. The only complaint about rooms that they do not have any shelves for the clothing. If you come for more than one day you won’t be able to unpack your luggage. Your clothing will stay in suitcases or will be a total mess in the closet. Huge closet space but absolutely not organized

This hotel is in a great location with all the great sights, museums and eating areas within walking distance. The staff were very Friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great with lots of options.
