Room size very small, with some quirky shelving and odd bits that weren’t convincing as decor. The bathroom was a very good size and everything worked well. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, and the breakfast was cooked perfectly, but it did take a bit of time to get.

Wonderful hotel in a nice area. The metro station is a short walk away for access to other areas of the city or airport/train station. Clean, comfortable room and very welcoming and friendly staff.

Wife and I had a wonderful stay for our 25th anniversary. The staff were very helpful and the location was very convenient for seeing sites, dining and with lots of transit options. The nearby Luxembourg gardens were also very pleasant to stroll after a long day. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a quad room for a family of 4 with two teenagers. Room was tight but everything is in Paris. Bathroom was really small. Cafe on the property was great. Service was great..

French Theory have a caring staff and are able to converse in English and French. The breakfasts are tasty before another day of touring and there is a small outdoor patio if you prefer to eat outdoors. Ask for a quiet facing room as street worker noise in the wee hours did occur. Leaving the building and turning right you are metres away from St. Michel shopping, Metro and bus service, cafes, take away meals, banks and the Monoprix has everything from food to clothes. You are walking distance to the Pantheon by turning left out the door and up the gentle hill. The Luxembourg Gardens are a simple left once on St Michel and up the hill. What a relaxing place to chill, stroll or have a picnic. The Notre Dame is a simple 10 minute stroll turning right and going straight down St Michel. The Emily in Paris tour begins a few blocks up from the Pantheon and also has some delicious cafes around it. The Latin Quarter is a treasure and The French Theory can answer any questions you might have to make your stay enjoyable.

The location is great and the staff were lovely. The common area is hip and trendy along with some of the decor in the room. However we were very disappointed in the condition of the room. Ripped bed sheets, dirty floors, and the bathroom with no ventilation had the whole hotel room smelling strongly of mildew.

Service was wonderful. All the employees were cheerful and kind and helpful. Breakfast and lunch are delicious. The location is convenient and also safe and close to great restaurants. The room is small but was sparkling clean and had great windows that could be opened for great ventilation. Honestly couldn't have had a better experience at French Theory in Paris.
