Most of the staff (mainly at reception and breakfast area) are in desperate need of a customer service & hospitality course, otherwise no lament at all. Breakfast is good and so is the hotel in general.

It sad a nice stat but they had a problem with the air conditioning so the room was hot.

I like a firm bed, but these were almost solid. It would also be nice if the rooms had Tea & Coffee facilities.

The hotel is great, but I have one problem with the payment. As soon as you arrive they are kindly ask you to pay. I don't have a priblem to pay up front but I never do this because I need to know what I get for my money. What if I refuse the room because is dirty (never happened so far at this hotel) or there is another problem? They have to give the money back and this means lost time. This is the only problem from my side. This was the third time for me at this hotek.

I had a booking for 2 nights in this hotel,and I'm sorry to say , but my stay there was far from good.It started with the fact that on our arrival we found the gate closed and even after using the bell that we found nobody answered.only after making a phone call to the hotel(by the way the number on the hotels.com site is not corect) somebody came and open the gate.the process of getting the room was fast and fair.but than we got to the room.already in the hall way we discover that the elevator was not working and it remained like for the 3 days that we stay there. when we enter the room there was a strong sewerage smell in the bathroom and in the bedroom also.i hoped that after i will use the shower it will go away but it did not ...and if we start talking about the bathroom that was only the start .when i tried to take a shower I discover that the tab was the wrong way so when you want cold water you have to turn it the other way around.the next surprise came from the fact that the water was going in the opposite direction that we would expect so instead of going on the sewerage all the water went to the room direction...the shower head was to short and you had to stay really close to the wall if you want the water to get on you.and that's only about the bathroom. the air conditioner was making only noise because after 48 hours of continuous using the room was still hot. we were told that we have to leave till 14.00 and then kicked us out at 12.00 with no excuse

Great choice for a romantic weekend away.. could not find any fault...Rooms are nicely decorated, very large and the breakfast has plenty of choices. There is no kettle in the room, to make coffee / tea but the bar downstairs is opened 24 hours and you can have a free coffee there, at any time.

Fantastic service, the staff helped with everything I needed. The room was spacious and comfortable, more like an apartment than hotel room.

Perfect location for visiting Timisoara.Close to Shopping Mall and City Center

No air conditioning in summer made for an uncomfortable night. Also the shower was weird, with water staying on for 5 seconds, then turning off for 2 seconds, then on again in a continuous pulse of strangeness. No coffee for breakfast.

Comfortable room, clean and well appointed, disappointed the balcony was a garden for all guests and not a private area but an enjoyable night for a last minute booking

When travel to Timisoara, I always choose Imperial Hotel for services, location and backyard terrace.

A one night stopover but a great hotel - very comfortable with polite staff.

The hotel have a night club placed underground and the noise was terrible. I had to call reception at 3:00AM to ask them to reduce the noise. When performing the check-out I couldn't pay with my credit card and this can create troubles if you don't have cash with you.

Very good people and a very goog hotel!

Everything was nice only the price was a little higher that the room was booked from TRIVAGO.
