The location is very good as it is close to the historic walled town. They have on site garage facilities altho I parked my motorcycle on the street, Breakfast was adequate but not the best. The staff speak good English and the reception is manned 24 hours.

Location is good as it is a short walk to the City walls but also has parking (extra charge). The cost of the rooms is excellent value for money. The interior decoration of the room was somewhat dated but it was spacious I would have preferred a normal pillow rather than a bolster

Tired looking apartment but good space and they put on an early breakfast especially for us.

Easy access from Lugo ring road; after reading reviews about the tight space in the car park, I was concerned that our Citroen MPV wouldn’t fit. But not to worry, the receptionist was just going off duty, and she let me have her space in the street right outside the hotel. This sums up the Ciudad de Lugo, helpful and welcoming staff, and a comfortable place to stay, just five minutes walk from the old city walls. A room on the upper floors might be preferable, there’s a lively bar terrace next door in the summer. Wifi not superfast, but OK. Special shout out for the breakfast, well above average for a hotel of this type: plenty of fruit, yogurt, the inevitable Spanish sticky buns – but also wholemeal croissants, yum.

Close, but not too close to the Old Town, and a brilliant restaurant in the Old Town (suggested by the receptionist) = a wonderful short stay. An elevator for the car was a first! Breakfast (included) was really good with freshly squeezed OJ. Stayed in 4* hotels on this trip which weren't as good.

We totally enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The apartment was very roomy, clean and the kitchen came in very handy.

La llegada fué un poco confusa ya que no había nadie en recepción y la puerta estaba cerrada, el check in a través del QR no era sencillo ya que debías tener cuenta en Microsoft ( ya me dirás tú), después de llamar varias veces apareció una chica a los 10/15 min, nuestra hora de llegada fueron las 16 h aprox. que no llegamos a las 23 h de la noche, es importante remarcarlo. A partir de ese pequeño contratiempo todo bien. Calidad/ precio normal, no me parece una ganga tampoco ya que no ofrece ningún servicio añadido ( bar/ comedor por ejemplo). El apartamento para 3 es espacioso, está bien y los lavabos y ducha bien también, lo mejor sin duda es la ubicación.

La experiencia podría haber sido más satisfactoria: 1. Eramos dos personas en un apartamento con tres camas individuales. En el armario no había ropa de cama extra, hacía frío. Después de las 23h no había nadie en recepción, por lo que nos tocó deshacer la cama extra y usar su funda nórdica. La calefacción no funcionaba. 2. El dormitorio olía mucho a tabaco. 3. Un apartamento mal estimado especialmente en relación a radiadores y puertas.

Relación cualidad precio, muy recomendable. Muy espacioso, otima localización.
