We weren’t happy with our room and they kindly and promptly changed us to an apartment at no extra cost, very impressed

Staff was ok, as expected. We did not had breakfast tere so can't comment on that. The problem was that this was advertised as a SPA hotel, but it did not had a SPA!. You expect a relaxing environment, and I paid also extra for the deluxe room with a nice view as described in the website. But it wasn't really a "deluxe room but just a standard room where you could not even control the temperature of the room. I complained but nothing could be done. The room felt cold for the whole duration of our stay. I am very disappointed as it was supposed to be a romantic/relaxed weekend with my wife and at 7am in the morning a huge excavator started digging just under our window on Saturday morning!! It spoilt our intention to have a laydown after a long journey to drive there. Simply unacceptable for an advertised SPA hotel!

Really nice and large room, well kept and clean, comfortable - nicely decorated. The open bathroom situation was interesting, and a challenge not to get the floor and curtains wet. Spending time having a standup shower was therefore not possible. And it was a little challenging if you’re sharing a room with a friend. Unlimited coffee in reception, but coffee was fairly bad sadly.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed renting bicycles from the hotel.

Almost everything was exceptional. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The service was friendly and efficient. We only had two minor issues - our promised “to go” breakfasts were not ready as requested but the staff quickly remedied. Secondly, they have sweets available for purchase but when we looked at them, they were completely covered in bugs. These two issues did not take away from the overall very good experience with this hotel.

Lovely hotel away from the crowds but close enough to all the shops, restaurants and bars. Will definitely stay again Staff very friendly and so helpful

Very comfortable and relaxed environment. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Easy transition in and out. Perfect location for transport and local attractions. H8ghly recommend it.

This hotel was great! Super friendly staff and the living room was a great place to simply rest and enjoy free coffee. The walls of the rooms are a bit thin, but about the same as many other hotels I’ve stayed at in Europe. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel!

This was a nice hotel. Our heater wasn’t working and they responded fairly quickly to try to repair it. The room could have been cleaner and better put together for the price. We appreciated the free coffee/tea/soup in the common area. We found breakfast very overpriced at EUR 20 pp and skipped it (and enjoyed local cafes in the area for much much less each morning).

Hotel with secure parking. Free tea and coffee in the breakfast room. Very small lift and rooms on the smaller side. Seems very crammed in. But would go back.
