The staff were very friendly and very helpful, helped to make the trip special!

Staff is helpful. We came in very late two nights and the desk clerk had to let us in the front door, but she was very understanding.

Excellent in every manner.Parking was available. Restaurants near by.

First rate hotel....great value...the room was fantastic...the services were great and thew staff were more than helpful.

I did not expect much but it was even less. This hotel is a shame for the name hotel and service. There are always things that are satisfied and seems OK but if I go somewhere where I have to pay for than everything should be OK. The management is not able to motivate any of the staff memebers and the all of the lobby staff should be replaced at once. Disrespectfull persons that only try to hold on as long as the season will take. I am not gona spend much time by telling what is wrong about this place because it is a waste of time. My advise, there are much better places for the same amount of money or less in the same area and you should go there if you respect yourself. Better sleep in the car than this filthy place.

Stayed in this hotel for two nights in May. Mostly the hotel is ok. About one km from railway station. The only complaints I have are related to sound insulation and shower (the room door was about 1 cm thick whereas the bathroom door was about 4 cm thick...). Breakfast was not the best I've had but not the worst either. Staff is helpful.

I don't know why this is only a 3 star Hotel, the staff where so warm and friendly and helpful, much better than some of the more expensive larger hotels. Rustic, quaint warm large rooms really added to the whole Italian country experience. We loved this Hotel and would recommend it to everyone who want to capture a real taste of Italian hospitality. Thank You so much and we'll be back!! Next time we'll stay longer I hope!

Detta var tidigare ett prisvärt alternativ men efter att ha höjt priserna är boendet inte värt ökningen. Frukosten har en låg nivå helt utan frukt-tomat eller annat. Inga varma tillbehör som ägg. Avsaknad av att kunna låna ett strykjärn eller någon form av parkering....

Ottimo hotel, in posizione comoda e a ridosso del centro. Personale gentilissimo, camera spaziosa e pulita, colazione varia e buona. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Il Punto di forza é la vicinanza alle mura e al centro di Grosseto.

La struttura si trova a due passi dal centro della città, ma è una struttura un po' vecchiotta, soprattutto la stanze al 4 piano, trovata sporca e indecente. Per fortuna il personale è stato gentile e disponibile alla nostra richiesta di cambiare stanze. La colazione è ottima

Un po’ squallido e non pulitissimo, finestra su un balconcino non finito di costruire e condizionatore molto rumoroso

Personale gentile,pulizia sufficiente acqua in bagno poco regolabile, solo calda o caldissima sia in doccia che lavabo,siamo in piena estate con 40 ,gradi... Nn si può fare docce bollenti,anche per le bimbe molto scomodo

Molto gradevole la colazione in giardino con il nostro piccolo cane. Personale molto gentile. Pulizia e stanza spazionsa. Sul balcone i due condizionatori (1 della camera accanto) sono troppo rumorosi. Idem per scarichi e tubature in bagno. Nonostante abbiamo rispettato le direttive per il risparmio ecologico, gli asciugamano sono stati cambiati giornalmente.

Sebbene la struttura si trovasse in una zona tranquilla posso dire che ha bisogno di una rinfrescata. Colazione non adeguata alla categoria dell'albergo

Personale cordiale. Buona la prima colazione. Camera pulita, solo un pò calda, nonostante il condizionatore (rumoroso dopo un pò che è in funzione). Ma nel complesso, ottima sistemazione

Poco parcheggio zona centrale , ma a 400 metri c’è un buon parcheggio vicino alle mura. vicino al centro

Stanza fredda senza riscaldamento... il condizionatore rotto e televisione guasta.
