The staff were very friendly, and there were some who could speak English. However, the cleanliness was not very good, with issues such as hair in the room that didn't belong to me and a broken shower stall. The bedding, however, was clean.

The hotel is near Nanjing Road and the Bund, only 15 minutes of walking. The room is really nice and comfortable.

Practical and satisfying small hotel. The room is clean and quite nice. The location is not far from the MRT station, and it's very easy to get to Yuyuan Garden, the Bund, or to Xintiandi. The breakfast is quite satisfying, there are European and Asian menus.

I recommend this hotel for those looking for clean, good amenities, good bed and pillows while the price for the room is considerably affordable (please don't increase it 😊). I booked with breakfast and I didn’t regret it. The breakfast was delicious. They change couple of hot dishes everyday and get to eat variety of choice. But because for this business trip I took taxi all the time I would not be able to tell you all how far the metro or other places by walking. If you plan to stay for a while do download app for easy access to taxi service. The staffs some are helpful some are very quiet. They have to smile more for sure 😊

The hotel was nice especially the ambience. The room was clean and spacious. Location is okay, a bit of a walk to the nearest mrt maybe around 10mins. Although the bund can be walking distance, it does take you like 20-30 mins so I recommend taking the metro.

It was a very good place, right in the downtown of the city, the price is so good for the services.

Hotel itself was great. Clean and spacious for 2. However, it is a bit distance from nanjing Road, approximately 15mins walk. A bit tiring to walk back after long day especially having to climb up a Cross over bridge.
