I had a wonderful stay at Hakata Green Hotel Annex. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help, making the whole experience feel very welcoming. I really appreciated the excellent service—they were attentive, polite, and professional at all times. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fukuoka.

The best! Location is the best with train and subway station is near and shopping mall is right in front of the hotel. Here is the most clean hotel I have ever been. The floor is spotless. All soap shampoo tissue are top up at the same level everyday. Most recommend this hotel for all especially those who booked a tour cause pick up spot is right 150 meter far from hotel.

The hotel is very close to Hakata Station. It's right behind it, so Maps takes you around and you can actually walk through the mall.

The employee forgot to pay the breakfast coupon. Must follow the demand, so it's very bad Morning shift staff, bad service, sullen face
