Artemis is set up a quiet lane just off the main road, so there was very little noise. It is very peaceful, being close to the beach with good tavernas and a bus stop all nearby. With only about 20 rooms/apartments, it wasn’t too big, and we got to know most of the people staying there. Breakfast was very nice, with plenty of choice. We had a problem with the loo, but I told Nikos, the owner, and by the time we got back that night, he had it all taken care of. It is a small, family-owned complex that has been in the family for many years. The pride and attention to detail they lavish on the place really does pay off and shows. Thank you, Nikos, Kostas, and your team — we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is very good located , next to mini markets and restaurants, 5 min walking distance to the sea and just 15 min to Chania city by car. Staff is very friendly and nice.

We had an awesome time at Artemis apartments. The apartments were very clean, spacious and comfortable. The pool is a good size, clean and the bar offers lots of drinks option. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of hot and cold options.

The hotel is clean and quiet and has everything you need during your stay in Chania, including parking. The people are very kind and it's very easy to move around between Kalamaki, Chania town and Platanias by car or bus. The pool area is very relaxing.

The apartment is big. Very clean and has everything you need for your stay. Nikos is very helpful too.

Place is pretty decent, across the street from the beach. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. Big parking lot, which is a plus, parking in greece is very precious. Apartment is very clean, rooms are clean, they have a nice swimming pool. We had a wifi issue in our room, and so they moved us to a better and bigger room, which is so nice of them. Receptionist could be better. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

The owners will welcome you with a dram of raki, a local grape spirit. The hotel is right across the road from the beach and has lots of parking places. The room that we stayed in was a -1 basement level room and was quite awkwardly located. We could neither leave the balcony door open, nor could we have the curtains pulled back as the room was directly across the pool and the bar area and it would have been seen by anyone walking by. The bed was not clean at all as there were bread or biscuit crumbs under the bed sheet all over the place. Breakfast was rather sparse, with only a few slices of cheese and ham really, so we did not even bother eating there. We thought we'd be better off having a proper breakfast in a nearby taverna. Don't think we'll be staying there again.

Our room was lovely & clean with cutlery & crockery sufficient for our needs. Our only comments would be that there was no kettle or bottle opener/corkscrew. Extra pillows are also needed & the sheets could have been longer. Overall it did not detract from our holiday & we would be happy to return

This was our first family holiday (we hadn't been abroad for 16 years!) so we were quite apprehensive as you can imagine! We couldn't have asked for a better spot. Kostas & Nikos couldn't have been more helpful and friendly and we felt at home straight away. We had a fabulous 2nd floor apartment overlooking the pool and surrounding countryside, the apartment was very comfortable with ample room for a family of four. If we had one complaint it would be that the air conditioning was only really effective in the main living area (where the children were sleeping) and didn't quite reach the main bedroom, so we reverted to just leaving the balcony doors open to allow for any breeze. Linen was changed at least every other day and everywhere was kept very clean and tidy. Either Kostas or Nikos were available from early in the morning until late at night should we have had any queries and there was a lovely selection of food and drink available at the bar. The pool was clean and very welcoming! Inflateable items were available for use for the children and sunbeds & umberellas for sunbathing in or out of the shade. There was also a small play area with swing and slide for young children. Breakfast could be eaten inside or outside by the pool - a reasonable selection of continental items available.

Clean apartments, cleaners comes every day, pool right under ur balcony, snacks and drinks at the bar, friendly staff especially to kids, swings and slide for kids. Beach is across the road, lots of restaurant most of them wv playgrounds. Chania is only 10min on the aircon bus.Nice quite area would definately recomend it.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, my family and I had a very good time at the apartments and enjoyed there company. Would recamend them to anybody.

Hotel location - near sea, isolated pool area, close to shops, but very hard to find

Hotel was in ideal location set back off road. Pool quiet and very clean. Family run...friendly and very helpful. Bus on main road 20 mins to chania. beach lovely and 2 min walk. Will definitely be returning and can highly recommend.

We both found the beds quite hard, but that could just be personal preference. Otherwise great apartments, very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean, good location relative to the beach, restaurants and bus stops. Would definitely use again.

The apartment was perfect. They are full equiped with all the necessary things you need. The Wi-Fi which is free works perfectly in the whole setlement. The whole place was clean and safe for the children which enjoyed the pool. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The stay was very nice. Very satisfied from the room and the staff (owners). Chania was a great destination with lots of places to visit all around the county.

Quiet place with relaxing atmosphere and very good service from the owners who were very friendly and always willing to help. The apartment was big, comfortable and in very good condition. Very satisfied in general.
