Room was fine, Staff did their best but heating in the room not working and i wasn’t allowed to change rooms. The gave me a small portable heater that works some of the time. Not good enough for the price paid

Nice hotel

We stay there every time we visit the Ramstain area! Love it!

It is a nice hotel, but the pictures look better than in person. The bartenders could be more attentive, but it was overall a good stay. It’s a great location and probably the nicest hotel in the area.

Great place to stay, only wish there was a stand up shower.

No better place in K-Town

The staff was great, the room was great. My only wish is that it had a proper stand up enclosed shower. It had a bath tub with a hose and the water goes everywhere. The wonderful part is the the bathroom area has heated floors. Now I have to add this to my own home. Lots of food options nearby.

The lobby area is really nice, the shag carpet wasn't. Great location for walking around!

Excellent stay. Clean room, comfy bed and large space for the room. Only thing negative is some tv channel didn’t work, however they have a HDMI cord ready already plugged into the tv for you to watch some shows from your laptop. Great stay, I will be back there

Breakfast was wonderful. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Very walkable to art museum, restaurants and shopping. Room was sound proof, well appointed and clean. Staff helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Parking garage has easy access to hotel. Great stay will come back if in the area.

Property was lovely. Breakfast was delicious.

Only issue was the church bells starting at 6am. But others in our party in other parts of the hotel weren't bothered by it. Nice restaurant attached, great location, lovely staff

Very nice hotel. Everything you need is within a 5 minute radius.

Extremely loud inside my room; I heard people vomiting, screaming, fighting, and honking horns 3 of the 6 nights I was there until about 5AM. The AC was broken. The most significant thing that I am deeply disturbed by is after I checked out, I received a call from reception regarding an item in my trash can and asked if I meant to leave it behind.They went through my TRASH!! That’s very personally violating! The staff was otherwise awesome.

So… for the amount that you pay per night it totally was not worth it. I said that it still was not even a refrigerator or microwave in the room. Great location but not The price. You are basically paying for location.

The Air Conditioning didn’t work so it made our stay miserable, but other than that it nice.
