Do not book the room with shower in the middle of it with a family of 5... otherwise, regular rooms are very nice! The staff was kind in helping us get a more suited room, but very strange to offer a room that sleeps 4 people yet has no privacy for a shower. Centrally located, but loud if there is something happening in the square.

Incredible hotel, service & location. I stayed an extra night!

Lovely hotel with beautiful rooms and friendly, helpful staff. The area around the hotel is lovely with easy access to the train station and hiking trails. Breakfast is very good. The only small downside is the lack of an onsite restaurant in the evening, although there is plenty in the area.

Check-in was easy. The hotel manager helped us with the bags, which was not an easy task. The service was outstanding. the location is a plus, in the middle of the town. The beds were very comfortable. The shower has great power and is very nice. The hotel is very nice, the rooms were beautiful. With no AC in the rooms, we had to leave the windows open. Since we were on the first floor, at 3:40am the restaurant below openned their doors and listened to the radio in full volume. The night was over early. When I update the reception and the manager, they gave us a gift, a strawberry jelly, home made, that was very tasty. Breakfast was low key, not a lot of options like other hotels in Switzerland. At Breakfast, the room was very hot, we were sweating, no table was available outside.

Friendly, welcoming staff. Easy and fast checkin. Our room had been recently renovated and was comfortable and spacious. A selection of pillows was available. Rooms at the front of the hotel will have a little traffic noise - this was more of an issue during our stay as it was very very hot so we had to leave the window open. A tower fan was provided in the room, but the hotel did not have air-conditioning. Breakfast was included and was served in the restaurant and on the outdoor terrace behind the hotel. The hotel can arrange discounted entry to the Tamina Threme. This didn't quite work out for us as we were charged at the Therme, but the hotel was very quick to remove the second charge from our bill at checkout, which was appreciated. The hotel has underground parking available but the municipal parking is directly across the road and works out cheaper if you are taking the car out during the day.

We loved our stay in this charming hotel. The location was great, the breakfast was yummy, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here.

The hotel was perfect in every way. Ideal location only a few minutes walking distance from train station. The staff bent over backwards to make sure I was taken care of; they even had a bag breakfast waiting for me when I checked out before breakfast was being serve. The room was spacious, the bathroom was clean and bright and it even had a bath tub.

We had a nice stay at the hotel. The comfort was very good and we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Lovely hotel and staff were very welcoming, breakfast in the garden restaurant was fantastic.

The hotel room was very clean and well kept up. Sheets and duvet were very comfortable. A hot breakfast with service was included with the room reservation. Spa packages were available with both the attached natural hot spring spa along with the two other natural hot spring facilities located near the hotel. Hotel staff was very helpful with setting up arrangements for hot spring access with packages to all locations. The hotel was centrally located in the village, and the hotel restaurant and bar was of good quality. Additional dining options were withing 5 minute walking distance from the hotel, and the hotel staff readily provided recommendations along with helping on reservations. Overall, the experience was very positive, and I would stay there in the future.

Highly recommended in all regards apart from one - that of connecting doors between rooms that may be inhabited by strangers. Noise threatens... Other than that, I'd have awarded 5 stars in all regards.

Very good size room, clean, quite and good layout. Location of the hotel is good, close to thermal spa, parking and ski lift (need to drive). Restaurant (food & staff) was spectacular! amazing value with the half board menu.. Breakfast (included) was also very well displayed with many choices.
