Breakfast was not good

Great family stay. About 20 min walk from Avignon center. Did not have laundry facilities despite advertising such.

Property is located just outside the ramparts of the medieval walled city of Avignon. The location is excellent for exploring this historic area.

Our family had a very comfortable two night stay. Kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast buffet had everything we needed. Just need to replace the Fußball table! 😉

I was impressed by this room. It’s extremely clean and was beyond our expectations.

Loved having the Medieval walls just outside of the hotel so that all you had to do was cross the street and enter the center of Avignon

Great location just outside the city walls and very friendly and helpful welcome at the reception. The hotel appears somewhat tired and the cleanliness is not what you could expect from an Accor hotel

Close to the Papal Palace. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Right in front of the old city walls, but yet outside. Walking proximity from the reason to be there at all. Just a few restaurants around, but there is plenty in the old city. Parking garage for a fee

My best friend and I really enjoyed staying at this conveniently located property which was walkable to the train station and all the restaurants. The breakfast was included and was really good! Overall the rooms are great, spacious.

This hotel is in a great location to be able to walk to the town centre. Parking on site was easy and affordable. The staff were particularly friendly and helpful and pleasant. Ideal for a quick stopover to see the sites.

The rooms would benefit of a deep clean, very dusty, evident the basics had been done for too long without a decent weekly

Biggest issue was the lack of warm water for showers. It was lukewarm at best. Certainly not enjoyable when staying at a hotel and you expect hot water and a shower.

The worst hotel that I've ever experience. Dirty and falling apart furniture. I felt very uncomfortable. Only the bathroom was nice and clean. From the window I was only dirty roofs, even I book the most expensive room on Expedia. Next time please provide better description of the rooms. Very bad experience through our 3-week vacation in the south of France.

Had a great stay at Novotel - the staff ass super friendly and allowed us to leave our luggage for 2 days. Very good location , rooms are clean and service is great !

Longe de ser 4 estrelas. Nos colocaram num quarto cuja janela estava quebrada. Solicitei alteração e a recepcionista simplesmente nos deu a chave de outro quarto pior e disse q estava atrasada pra ir embora. Outra pessoa nos mudou de quarto novamente. O secador de cabelo é péssimo. Leva- se 40 minutos pra secar. Café da manhã bom porém serviço péssimo. Atendentes com MTA má vontade. Não são preparados pra atender turistas. Mal falam inglês.
