The rooms are beautiful, staff is friendly, and the location is a ten minute walk from the main square. 10/10 would recommend.

We love to stay here when visiting Antigua. It’s a small apartment with a kitchen, washer and dryer, and full size bathtub. It’s in a gated community, quiet street close to parque central. We will continue to stay here every time!

When we got there the bedding was dirty, no info on breakfast, and i couldn't find it on my expedia reservation, apreciarte the amenities but no washer soap, but no breakfast

The spacing in the living room and kitchen were wonderful. Safe neighborhood made even more safe by someone always being at the gate to control who gets in and out. Extremely accommodating and friendly staff (and owner). Will definitely stay there again.

Great location in the heart of Antigua. Suite was perfect for our family of 3. Upstairs bedroom and bath and spacious living area and kitchen on ground floor. Washer/dryer was nice bonus. Staff was great and very responsive.

The unit was very nice, but it only has one bathroom, which was a bit of a challenge for a family of 4. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is five blocks away from Antigua’s central park. Walkable to various restaurants, bars, stores and super safe. The only thing that bothered us was the smell coming out from the sink.

Lovely, spacious suites with fully equipped kitchen and a nice dining and sitting area. Walking distance to everything in the center of old Antigua. Comfortable beds. Water pressure just ok.

The condominium was clean, had all the towels and blankets we need it. And it had hot water wich was amazing. Great place, safe and secure.

The staff was courteous and all amenities were in place.

The space where the bed is located has no windows and it gets hot, even in December… toilet malfunctioned a twice. The staff was very nice. Location is good. Parking is a super plus.

Nice spacious room with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was very convenient and enabled me to pack lighter for the trip.

The room was cozy, clean and had everything we needed it. Hotel is walking distance from many restaurants, shops and main attractions. There is a guardian 24/7 to open the gate, which adds an extra feeling of safety. Staff is very welcoming, I’ll definitely recommend staying in here!

The room was very clean and well appointed. Quite spacious and nicely decorated.

Surprisingly spacious. Wonderful having a large refrigerator and washing machine. The employees were helpful and kind. There is always someone to let you in the gate. Very safe. Restaurants nearby on the next street. They will clean every day. A lot of attention is given to the landscaping. There is no air circulation on the second level – no windows. This is where the bathroom and bedroom are located. The ceiling fan is helpful (leave it on all day) and it cooled off a bit in the evening. If you have to get up during the night for the restroom, be cautious as the stairway begins right next to the bathroom door. We had a leak coming from the wall under the sink and so the floor was wet so the cleaning lady was kind enough to leave a towel under the sink. The mattress needs to be replaced. It sags, is extremely soft, and you could easily slip off if you’re sitting on the side of the bed as when you sit down, it slopes. Overall, a very good stay.

Great one bedroom two floor suite. Everything great except for the in room safe needed to be fixed.
