The employee working the front desk around 10 pm is extremely helpful and considerate.

Air conditioning did not work, room was small, breakfast was mostly pastries

A great hotel in which to break our journey.

There are no false advertisements or hidden fees, they charge exactly what you agree to pay initially, it is great for solo travelers as the room has all of the essentials, you also have a mini bar, a small desk with a chair, a closet, safety box, hot water, air conditioning, and the staff it's incredibly polite and helpful. I recommend this place to anyone visiting Milan and/or its surroundings.

Wonderful value for money

Amazing place but the AC was not working properly

There is nothing near this hotel. It take between an hour and an hour and a half to get to the city center via public transport. Smoking is permitted in the rooms, so I have the pleasure of smelling the cigarette smoke from one of my neighbors in my room. The AC did not function properly. The walls are super thin and at 11 pm my neighbors were still partying. On top of all of this, the front desk wanted me to wait 20 minutes for them to give me back my passport because giving it back to me quickly was too inconvenient for them. Any savings from booking this inexpensive hotel is lost because you have to pay for transit to the city center. Definitely do not recommend this hotel for all of the reasons listed above. If you like to smell other people's smoke when you are in bed, that is just not acceptable to me.

I visited Italy many times. But this hotel is worst of my worst experience in staying Italy

Clean quiet and functional. It is an affordable alternative. I enjoyed the convenience the covered parking and the restaurant “Rose Marino” that was recommended by hotel staff, will happily stay there again.

Rooms are dark, lights are dim. Encounter some 'dirty' experience around 3am while sleeping.

Great location, wonderful breakfast! We traveled with our dog and this was a good sized room.

Male receptionist was rude from the second we walked in the front door... and we hadn't even said a word yet! He later blamed his terrible attitude on his "stupido" colleague, whom he blamed for putting our booking on the wrong page of his checking in book. The mistake was his but he also forgot he was belligerent from the beginning, not after he discovered the cause of the mistake. I spoke in Italian as much as I could, but I might as well not have bothered because my attempts weren't appreciated. Wifi worked for about 10 seconds on both devices, then stopped for the remained of our stay. Breakfast was average.

Property is close enough to MXP (about a 20 minute drive) for convenience, but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood well away from the usual hustle and bustle of airport properties

I stayed at this hotel because I had a very early flight at the airport the next morning. When I tried to leave in the morning, the gate wouldn't open to let my car out. So I drove around to the second gate. It wouldn't open either to let my car out. So I drove back to the front desk area. The desk clerk was standing there looking upset. It turns out that he has to push the button to open the gate and I had not brought down my room key from my room. Wow! I had told him the night before I was leaving early and couldn't wait until the 7am breakfast. I have come downstairs again at 5:45 am to get some hot water (he was gruff that I had done that, but there is no kettle in the room so I needed hot water for my freeze dried coffee cache). And I told him again at that time that I had to leave. Not once did the reception person tell me that I absolutely had to bring down the key before they would let me out of the prison compound. For this reason I would not stay here again. And this 15 minute drama did cause me to miss my flight. But if you don't have an early flight, and don't care if there is hot water/ coffee machine in your room, then this would be a reasonably priced and very clean place to stay.

Perfect for a good night sleep. Massive bed. mattress very comfortable. Great shower. Lots of parking spaces. Staff helpful.Ample Breakfast choices. Good restaurant and Bars at walking distance. A very clean Hotel.
