the room was comfortable

Stayed here for a week in January, it has a very convenient location and I found the hotel easily as it was just a short walk from the main train station in Rennes. There are many dining options around the train station and close to the hotel which were very good for breakfast lunch and dinner. The staff was very helpful and even helped to bring the luggage up the stairs to the desk when I arrived. I liked my room. It was cleaned daily and the bathroom looks new and clean. I do not make use of the fitness facility or The Spa, but found it very convenient to walk around the city as it is only 15 minutes from the center of the old town. Very comfortable hotel in Rennes , I would stay again.

It’s always the people and we sure had that experience! So wonderful! I must mention Alicia at the front desk who was super helpful! The hotel is clean and wonderful. Right downtown! You could not ask for a better location. I will return to RennesI

Great value, comfortable and spacious.

As an American traveling with his wife and 3 kids, it is always a welcome surprise when the front desk persons speak English and tolerate my attempts at French. They were very kind. They understood and articulated the difficulties of driving in Rennes and so made good recommendations for amenities within walking distance. It is very close to the train station with many food choices. Way nicer than the other hotel we tried in Rennes on the front end of our trip. We were a family of 5 so I did not have time for the spa.

I appreciated the hotel and my stay but was disappointed about the rules at the pool and the closed bath.

Very decent hotel with outstanding staff. Reception (Yasmine and Thierry) and restaurant staff (Victoria) have been very helpful and always try to go the extra mile for their guests.

The hotel is well located near plenty of dinning, shopping areas. Rooms were large. Compared with your typical European hotels.

Parking should be free for customers! Our kids loved this hotel, pool and hamman was lovely, room amazing but very hot!!! Even with air con. Coffee making facilities in room needs decaff option and real cups. Check in and out was easy and very friendly staff, nice breakfast too! Close to great restaurants!!! Easy to walk to old town.

My stay was great. Hotel was close to train station and lots of nice restaurants near by. The staff at the hotel were helpful and pleasant.

Conveniently located near the train station, a mere 5-7 minute walk. Nice, simple hotel, clean and comfortable. Nothing special but comfortable and pleasant.

Pleased with our stay. Conveiently located near both the train station and shopping. Would likely book here again if we find ourselves back in Rennes.
