Everything was the very best!

Nice friendly staff

The room was neglected and the staff was rude.

The Guest relation co-ordinator Maria was a star. She went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant one. The house keeping Lady Gheta was excellent. They room was cleaned and tidied in every nook and cranny. The Hotel was great as well. Good location

The hotel service is great, everyone is attentive. 5stars for location, walkable, everything around is great. However a few amenities need some TLC: the shower this morning won’t heat up, the bathrooms sealants seem to wearing and the toilet roll holder needs fixing.

The location, the staff and the cleanliness was brilliant. Excellent stay Front check-in staff were professional.

It will be nice if they have a cattle in the room and I didn’t like the housekeeping knocking every morning to collect towels so they can wash them and get them ready of the evening. I guess they are short of towels
