Terrible staff at restaurants, need to remind multiple times to just bring the tea, zero proactiveness; rooms are subpar / not so clean compared to price tag.

Best stay for a conservative family!

We asked for an orange juice during the breakfast and it was extra ! They asked for the money for an extra water to your room ! Overall it was okay but the mentality of the hotel to make money from everythimg even from these tiny things make you feel very uncomfortable. You feel like you’re someone to be fooled!!! I wouldn’t prefer it again.

The hotel was very nice and the staff were very friendly. It is like a resort where families with small kids can enjoy their stay. The only problem was that we stayed during a holiday period in Turkey when the hotel was very crowded with long queues for the restaurant.

The forest, a lot activities, walking and loads of pools

Great place, surrounded by greenery and freshness. The staff were so nice and accommodating. Especially Mr Ramazan from the reception and one other person from the main restaurant.

Everything was good We liked the park behind the hotel, the staff were nice. The food (breakfast and dinner half board) was buffet that was variable Housekeeping needs improvement. They don’t clean the whole room

I liked this hotel very much. My husband had birthday,i wanted make him surprise. The hotel's personal and especeally Ramazan helped me,to arrange unforgottable birthday to my husband. Thanks to Ramazan for help

This place was recommended by a friend. Really nice place for a family getaway. Was charged an extra £110 at check in because the kids were above 6 years which I didn’t understand (as their ages were registered correctly when i made the booking), however hotels.com refunded that later.

Nice hotel with many amenities. Comfortable and relaxing place to stay. Food was good. Great place for families and kids.

Hotel location is amazing, it was so relaxing and peaceful. The service was very good, very friendly staff. Spa and fitness amenities were plenty. I enjoyed my stay. When I need to unwind I will definitely go back and stay at NG Gural Sapanca.
