We had a great stay. The hotel is located in a convenient area, the rooms were beautiful, the staff was so friendly and happy and the breakfast (included) was fantastic. I highly recommend.

We wanted a hotel in the heart of the Florence historic area, and this was perfect. It was a ten minute walk to anything you would want to see. There are plenty of dining options in the area. The staff was very helpful and spoke exellent English. The breakfast was exellent. If your plan is to visit historic Florence this is the place to stay

The room was clean and spacious. Additional amenities provided and the staff is exceptional! The staff was extremely helpful for recommendations for local activities and restaurants in the area! The spa was disappointing for the cost so I wouldn’t recommend spending the extra money. Overall our stay was delightful.

The junior suite on our arrival wasn’t acceptable. The hotel responded very well in providing us a much better one for the following 3 nights of our stay. Staff was responsive and helpful.
