Service is a little lacking.

Great location and room configuration. The carpet desperately needs to be replaced. The hair dryer situation is the worst of any hotel I have stayed at.

the hotel was very close to the center, it was clean but the personnel did not speak good english. communication was not that easy. I had requested a parking place for my car in their parking lot and they offered me a parking spot on the street in front of the hotel for 19 euros per day and if I left after 19:30 I would not be able to park again.

The location and condition of the hotel was superb! My only criticism was that there was as no air conditioning (cold air) due to the time of the year (March). This was very tough due to being on a high floor and the window only opened a few inches - it was boiling! There were no fans provided after I requested this - disappointing

The hotel is very nice, the breakfast is excellent, the only issue was the shower head but it was replaced immediately, and the fact that the lobby was in renovations and we didn’t know about it

The room barely had furniture and stains all over the rug; no special amenities for me and over all room!

The rug was full with stains and the room was very cold when I arrived. Had to leave the air conditioning on all night for a decent temperature in the room (20-21C) but it made a lot of noise and never stopped. They only have 2 or 3 dedicated parking spaces for the hotel and it is very difficult to find a parking space in the area. I use to come here 1-2 times per year on business trips but unfortunately I will have to find a different place to stay.

Got switched from their other hotel the day before. However, this hotel was good. Only downside was no restaurant or fitness on site.

Hotel located in a city center, it’s walkable distances. Parking is across the hotel and convenient. We enjoyed our stay

location, cleanest and staff are lovely but needs renovation especially hairdryer no body used this already even in 3 star hotels . Also all towels needs replacement!

The Hotel smell of cigarettes, the carpet in the bedroom were very dirty, bathroom leaking and very dated property. I requested for Expedia to refund me the second night as I had to book another hotel for our second night stay and I'm waiting for Expedia to confirm.

Convenient location. Spacious, clean rooms. Great views from higher floors. My only issue with hotel staff is that they were renovation or doing maintenance work and there was drilling / hammering and did not advise us prior booking. After complaining, they moved us to an upper floor where it was quiet.

The hotel is situated opposite the National Palace of Culture and associated park. This was lovely to walk around and very convenient for the trams and metro. It is also approx. 10 mins walk from Vitosha Blvd which is pedestrianised and has lots of bars/restaurants. The staff were pleasant and helpful and the breakfast had many choices. Our room, communal areas and the restaurant were tired and showed many signs of wear. Our overall impression is that of a budget hotel that would benefit from some refurbishment. I raised my concerns with the management and they helped by cancelling the remainder of our stay and we moved to another hotel
