We had another wonderful stay at Hotel Bayerischer Hof — just as on our previous visits. The service was warm and attentive, the breakfast was EXZELLENT, and the atmosphere of the hotel is so charming and inviting. It really feels like a home away from home, and we always appreciate the care the staff puts into making guests feel welcome. The only downside this time was that our room faced the church, and the bells were very loud, ringing every hour. Even every 15min.— Also late night and early in the morning. Unfortunately, this did disturb our sleep quite a bit. That said, we still truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend the hotel. For light sleepers, it might be worth requesting a room that does not face the church. Thank you again to the whole team — we’re looking forward to coming back!

Hotel hat eine hervorragende Lage, alles zu Fuss erreichbar und Aussicht auf Hochgrat! Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen und Matratzen sehr weich und in der Dusche öfters unangenehmen Geruch, haben das in einem früheren Aufenthalt schon bemängelt und man wollte etwas machen. Personal an der Rezeption ist freundlich, aber manchmal etwas überfordert. Frühstück hervorragend und ein herzliches Dankeschön an die nette und herzliche Bedienung des langjährigen Mitarbeiters. Auch an der Bar und Restaurant sehr freundlich.

Pænt og hyggeligt hotel midt i byen. Stille og roligt område. Hovedpuderne var alt for tykke. Dejlig morgenmad med mange forskellige ting at vælge imellem.

Tolles Hotel, sehr gute Lage. Der Service und das Personal ind allesamt sehr freundlich, aufgeschlossen und hilfsbereit. Sehr gerne wieder.

Very nice hotel, clean quiet and good pool area

A beautiful view. Complete with pool and wxcellent spa/ sauna with many massage and treatment options.

The property was excellent and the room was very clean and spotless. We travel around Europe and this place was by far the nicest in terms of value, scenery and the place itself. I would definitely use it again.

We stayed for 4 nights. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful as were the restaurant staff, despite the language barrier with very few staff members speaking English. Food in the restaurant was excellent. There is a small amount of free parking on site and the pool facilities are good. The only downside was the pillows in our bed, we both struggled to sleep for 3 nights. The bed was comfortable but the pillows not, and we are both usually not fussy! But all in all it was a nice hotel and an enjoyable stay. Not a huge amount of choice for dinner in the town but all good quality.

Wenn die Bar für auch andere Gäste , als nur Hausgäste geöffnet gewesen wäre und auch ein MusikTanzabend angeboten worden wäre - hätten wir uns sehr gefreut! Es war im Hotel somit sehr langweilig!

Et super dejligt ophold, som startede med en imødekommende engelsktalende receptionist, som forklarede om stedet og forholdene. Vi fik en plads i p-kælderen (mod betaling), som var helt genialt, da pladserne ude på gaden var meget trænge. Værelset var virkelig lækkert. God størrelse, vanvittig udsigt og udstyret med alt hvad man kunne ønske: to håndvaske, minibar, walk-in closet, balkon, aircondition og en meget god (og stor!) seng. Hotellet lå rigtig godt i forhold til vandreruter, og især en tur til Hochgratbahn og Alpsee kan anbefales. Morgenmaden var også super lækker. God service, godt udvalg og hyggelige omgivelser. Faktisk er “hyggelig” et gennemgående element. For alt var hyggeligt. Stedet, lejligheden, spa-området og omgivelserne. Kan kun anbefale dette sted og det er bestemt ikke sidste gang vi besøger byen og hotellet. Et tip: Reserver plads på de omkringliggende restauranter i god tid. Vi måtte gå forgæves flere gange, da der ikke var plads. Men mange af stederne tilbyder også takeaway.

Gutes Frühstück, freundliches Personal. Gute Matratzen. Gym, Pool mit Sauna angenehm. Lediglich die ur-alt Schiebeschränke bedürfen dringender Überholung.

Wat hebben we een fijn verblijf gehad , prachtig hotel , top personeel , vriendelijk en niets is te veel . Alles is zo schoon , geweldig ontbijt en heerlijk diner van de kaart . Prachtig zwembad met sauna’s en jacuzzi . Wat wil hé nog meer …… Dit hotel is zo asn te bevelen !

Die Lage ist top. Die Zimmer und Ausstattung sind gut und sehr sauber. Personal ist freundlich, aber eine Terminbuchung für eine Massage ist schiefgelaufen, sodass wir das Wochenende ohne eine Massage hatten. Im Hotel-Restaurant ist das Essen gut, aber ich habe ein falsches Getränk als bestellt bekommen und meine Freunde haben 3 Mal nach Ketchup für ihre Pommes fragen müssen, also hier gibt es nachholbedarf

Schönes Hotel mitten im Dorf Sehr freundlich Super Frühstück Sauper

Quiet and typical Bavarian hotel with friendly staff, cosy restaurant below with beautiful woodworks. Nice quiet rooms with a view to the Alps. Breathtaking surroundings just off the German Alp Route and close to the Austrian border. Cosy town with numerous offerings for eating out or get a drink. This hotel is well-worth the money and a good base if you wish to explore the beautiful countryside.

Nice reasonably priced hotel with friendly staff at the reception. The rooms are nice and clean, and the beds are comfy. The hotel also has a spa and pool with saunas, and even if it’s not the most modern, I still enjoyed it a lot. Parking is easy in the garage, and I even got a room upgrade from the friendly receptionist. I arrived at the hotel a bit late in the evening at and around 20.30 I asked the bartender in the restaurant/bar if it was possible to get a table for one, there were clearly several free tables. The answer was NEIN, and then he left. On can not treat guests like that. And this episode is also my only critical remark. So except for having to run around town chasing restaurants after driving a whole day, the stay was wonderful and I would recommend it without doubt.
