Friendly staff. Good location and nearby to the center, but too hard for Grab to get to the pick-up point. The room was spacious. Their breakfast is not varied, but has a good taste.

I would like to stay here again.

I don't know if the hotel receptionist is also the owner, but he is friendly, enthusiastic, and approachable. Early check-in from 10am is fine, but late check-out until 4pm is not charged extra, probably because when I went there were few guests, many empty rooms, so people were more relaxed and comfortable. Overall, it's worth the money.

The hotel location is good but at the noisy street. Need to walk up the staircase to the Hotel Reception Counter. It will be very troublesome if you're travelling with many luggage. We booked Junior Suite with Balcony for 2 nights & requested for high floor & accessible by lift but the hotel put us at Room 308, i.e.: the floor above the Reception Counter. We need to walk up via a very narrow staircase to our room, it's extremely inconvenient for elderly & limited mobility guests. The room size is okay but street noise & reception phone rings, hard to sleep. We requested the hotel to change room, the hotel offered us lower category room without balcony, we were disappointed as we paid for room with balcony. The room balcony is very narrow, two units of AC compressor seated on the balcony. No table nor chair, don't deceive by the picture on the website.
