Room wasn’t clean and smelled bad

I stayed in many Ramada Hotel this past couple of years. Ramada is a 3 star hotel. But they needs to maintain the standard to remain 3 star. Few reason why I only rate then 3*. 1) bathroom was a bit dated. There mould on the bathtub and tiles, bathroom 2)Extractor above the mirror in the bathroom was filthy, 3) There was a metal sticking out of the bed frame at the bottom of the bed, i stumbled and almost fell and hurt myself. It hurt like a hell. (Please see photos) Staff were great, breakfast was also good and server were pleasant.

Clean and spacious. The room was hot but you can open the window. I would stay again

Room was to hot and stuffy! Could not cool down room thermostat did not work shut fans off on heater but still gave of heat windows whete solid and didn’t open? Very disappointed

The room heater is too hot and the sofa bed bedding looks like they change it a quite a while that makes my mom uncomfortable with the linen but the service is excellent and the food is fresh and the kitchen staff so nice

We booked a room, payment made, and then we were told we live too close and were denied the room (we live farther away than the stated limits on Wyndham's site).

No staff at all. All juice, no water. The *worst* coffee ive had in years.
