Efficient and friendly check-in, the room had a good temperature. The breakfast was good, kind of repetitive but overall healthy and sufficient. The staff was very helpful when reporting Wifi connectivity issues. Overall, a good place to stay.

No había agua caliente en la regadera, se tuvo que reportar al otro día por la mañana a Recepción porque ya era muy tarde en la noche. Sólo proporcionaron una botella de agua, lo reporté y nos quedamos esperando que entregaran otra, mejor salí y se la pedí a una de las personas que arreglan los cuartos y me la entregó sin problemas. El desayuno no tenía mucha variedad, los chilaquiles son totopos y uno les tiene que poner la salsa, de fruta sólo sandía y papaya. A pesar de estar junto a la Avenida, no se escucha ruido por la noche.

Lots of noise as employees use the fire doors to access each floor. The fire doors slam shut so it was very noisy.

The room was in OK condition, but the safe was stuck in locked mode, requiring someone to bring a key and then look away while I set the code, that will be the new permanent code. This was a hassle that was extremely frustrating immediately following check-in. We had 3 rooms and all safes were n the same condition. Breakfast was OK; better coffee than where we stayed in Mérida. More fruit options would be nice. I probably wouldn't stay here again, knowing now that you can zip around town easily with Uber for about $4 per ride.

Although the staff was pleasant, the check-in was slow. The amenities were lacking. Specifically, there were no hand towels, only one small (500ml) water for 2 people and no glasses. On the day the towels were changed, they were not replaced until 5:00 pm despite 2 requests for towels. The room itself needs a thorough cleaning and maintenance. Walls need painting and the toilet needs replacing. The breakfast was poorly managed. Basics like forks, cups, glasses and sugar all had to be requested. In short this hotel seems to lack the systems required to be be successful.

Few amenities, staff didn’t go beyond the usual routine. Breakfast was subpar. I walked next door to get a better coffee. Air conditioning was excellent. The noise from the street was loud. Need better windows. The proximity to the museum was a nice surprise.

So many restrictions in my check in with my wife in this hotel, other things is when we connected to the WiFi at the hotel complementary our browser open a porno web site, this is a offensive situation for us.

Clean, nice room for the price. Front desk staff went out of their way to get our big box truck parked, and when someone was parked in front of the gate in the AM when we had to leave, they asked them to move it. The restaurant is a different thing. After check in we sat on the patio. Waited for 20 min, had to go in and request service. One menu was brought out. We ordered cervesas, he took the order ans left. 15 min later we went back inside and asked another staff member who told us they didn't serve cervesa. Okay. Waited a while longer, no one came to take our food order. We went to a place down the street (which was delicious). Breakfast said open at 6:30, but didn't open until after 7.

This is obviously a hotel for locals which isn’t bad but not great for international travelers. The pool looks old. The rooms have no view.

They didn’t provide the breakfast though I asked about it in advance because we had to leave earlier to the airport and never fixed air conditioner properly

Excellent value for money. Good location, covered parking, spacious and clean rooms, very comfortable beds, and very attentive staff. It also includes a buffet breakfast.
