Great hotel

By far the best trip I’ve taken! The property was beautiful, clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The check-in process was a bit slow, but that’s my only complaint. Everything else was top-notch. One of the best resorts I’ve stayed at—can’t wait to come back!

We went for a girls trip and we were NOT disappointed. From start to finish everything was managed. Prior to getting there we were contacted by a e-butler for help with any room needs on arrival and booking food reservations. The TRS is the only adults-only property in the group of hotels there together, so it’s the farthest one away. That was NO problem since there’s hotel shuttle transportation (24/7) all over the properties. We never had to wait for more than 10 minutes for a ride. You also have access to all the properties for dining options, pool options and activities. Premium options include spa services and 2 dinner shows. All other restaurants on the properties and room-service were included. We also had plans for activities outside the hotel our first two days. The first day we had realized early on that we were going to miss dinner reservations and our villa butler was always reachable and responsive. He was able to change our reservations seamlessly. The second day out of the hotel, they were able to help arrange a taxi ride to and from our activity. It really was a perfect stay. Everyone was always so attentive, so accommodating and very sweet. Special shout out to our villa butlers George, Jesus and Miguel. Incredible, incredible service. George made our stay so extra special. Helped us book one of the dinner shows and made it so special for us. We are so eternally grateful.

Perfect! Need to visit again

Views from the property are absolutely stunning. I was also surprised to learn that there are 5 different locations on one resort, all of which offer something different. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and the food was pretty good to be an all inclusive resort. I would certainly come back!

Rooms and property was clean. Food not so good

An unforgettable luxury experience with top-tier service. The resort is stunning, with a thoughtfully designed layout and high-end amenities throughout. What truly made the trip exceptional was the staff — warm, attentive, and consistently going the extra mile to make our stay memorable. Being able to send a WhatsApp message to the butler at any time was great. There’s no shortage of great dining options. El Gaucho was our go-to for dinner, and Helios made breakfast a daily highlight. One minor annoyance: they asked about allergies two to three times per meal — a bit excessive. Also, try to book restaurants early as it can be difficult to get bookings at your preferred time/day. Our only real critique is the persistent upselling of premium experiences. We did opt for the upgraded package, which included hydrotherapy and Chic Cabaret. Both were enjoyable, but honestly, the trip would’ve still been amazing without them.

Nice facilities

We enjoyed our trip. The resort wasn’t our favorite … but I believe that’s due to personal preference (we like ocean and steps from the beach vs room on third floor in the jungle). No complaints otherwise. The resort was clean and huge. We didn’t mind walking or easily hailing a cart. The staff was wonderful. Our butlers Israel. Alexx and Bernard were extremely helpful and the birthday surprise was extra thoughtful. Fernanda our Expedia butler was generous. The Chic and Bingo were a blast. The spa services were heavenly. Food was pretty good. I think there was only 1 time we could t get the reservation for dinner we wanted one evening during our 2 week stay so simply chose if another evening. Overall we relaxed and had fun - two weeks vacation is a blessing. Can’t complain! Booking through Expedia makes the planning streamlined.

Excellent resort with so many activities and special events, this adults only resort is such a gem!

Everything was lovely, we had a fabulous time. But, I would say the “butler” feature is a bit oversold. They disregarded most of our “wish list” and did not provide a wheelchair for one of our party, despite being confirmed. Not the end of the world, just unexpected.

The hospitality was at the highest level whether it came from the check in reception, waiters/bartenders, drivers, e-butlers, cleaners, they all prioritize you at all times.
