They took advantage of my illness and acted inhumanely. On the day of arrival at the hotel, I had food poisoning and vomited in the bathroom. At checkout, they charged me €900 for cleaning the bathroom. It was horrific and inhumane – even though the room was cleaned and we stayed there for a whole week, they claimed they would have to close it in order to clean it. Liars, exploiters, and inhumane.

All staff was very helpful and friendly. We loved the breakfast buffet and the Spa area. Fatima at the front desk was especially helpful and genuine!!

We had a fantastic week here with our extended family, facilities and service was superb from concierge to dining. Would highly recommend and definitely go back.

Great apartment room, with views over the lake. Whole hotel very well looked after, and very clean. Staff friendly and helpful, and our children enjoyed the huge play room, which had inflatables, a football pitch, table tennis, ride on toys, etc. Breakfast was brilliant, with a huge range of food to choose from.

Lovely hotel, typical German, had a good time. Dinner was very pricey. must buy new pillows, they are paper thin.

Wouldn't go again. Hotel is aging, complicated layout, small outside pool with too many sun loungers. Very expensive for what it is. Staff were nice, breakfast was very good, but shower, bed etc. were poor quality in my opinion.

Our second visit to this hotel, having enjoyed a short stay last year, and the third stop on our European road trip. A real antidote to the bustle of Como! Great location up the hill from the lake and town, and surrounded by greenery which gives it a relaxed feel. Plenty of parking, spacious rooms, good choice of restaurants on-site and many options for exercise/relaxation both at the hotel and in the surrounding area. Friendly and helpful staff with a welcome glass of Sekt on check-in help to set a relaxed mood from the point of arrival. Local walking trails are all well marked, and there are a number of leaflets available in reception to help guests explore with self-guided walks. Lots of fitness classes, including yoga, for those who want them.

Just avoid that overpriced ala carte restaurant. Panorama restaurant recommended.

On a driving tour of Germany, so good to have lots of free parking. Experience superb from check-in onwards, great pool very welcome in 35 degree heat, dinner on the terrace very high quality, extensive choice at breakfast. Room very spacious and comfortable, in spite of lack of air con (accepting this is a spa hotel!). Lovely walks from the hotel down to the lake.

Very good hotel in the black forest. But room didn't have mini bar. I missed the facility for making tea/coffee in the room as well as Asian food.

I'm considering returning to this hotel at least once a year if not more. Our stay was very relaxing - the spa area was wonderful and they have a huge variety of spa services. The four restaurants were great - it was nice to have so much variety and all our meals were good. There is also so much to do in the immediate area and the hotel is walking distance to the town/lake.

Arriving hotel midnight and the staff were informed of my arrival time. The check in was very quick. We reserved two rooms and it was nice room included two extra beds. The pillow was not comfortable and that almost the standard for European hotel.

Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Sport und Wellnessangebot ist super.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Sauberes Hotel. Wenige details könnten noch verbessert werden fü ein hervorragend😀

L’hôtel est très soigné et le personnel est aux petits soins à tout moment de la journée.

Chambre impeccable, personnel courtois et serviable, et beaucoup d'équipements de loisirs disponibles au sein de l'hôtel (piscine, salle de sport énorme et flambant neuve, baby-foot, ping pong, très grande salle de jeu pour les enfants en cours de rénovation complète, ...)

Riesen Objekt und Angebot. Eine Sanierung wäre jedoch mal in den ein oder anderen Bereichen notwendig. Ansichten vollkommen ok.
