No habian toallas en las habitaciones. La recepcionista hizo un gran esfuerzo por conseguirnos dos toallas limpias (eramos 3 personas). Las habitaciones son bastante simples, diferente a lo que se aprecia en fotos, El personal de la recepcion, seguridad y restaurante fueron muy amables. Al area de la piscina es agradable.

Overall a pleasant stay. The property is beautiful and is well located for the side of town it is on, and is on a safe street with 24/7 security. AC is cold and shower gets hot. Bed was not the most comfortable and there is only breakfast and you get what you get, no options. They do allow day passes so if you want something more quiet and private, the weekends here are busy. However we probably won't stay here again because there are other options nearly half the price that have the same amenities plus food all day.

Booked for the pool - great pool and in the sun for whole day. Basic rooms.

For breakfast, I requested a boiled egg (without oil), but my request was not fulfilled even though they had two cooks

Appropriate location and the parkig is good.

I didn't like they don't have a food service.

The staff were lovely especially reception. Breakfast was ok. It seemed to be in an area that didn't have much especially if you didn't have a car. The room was very basic and a very scruffy dirty area at the bottom of the stairs.

The security guard was great he was the one who actually informed me that there was a pub. The woman who was the serving breakfast was great also. I'd say there's a major issue with management. It definitely wasn't the of experience I was hoping for.

This hotel is poorly managed the lines are stained and the tv did not work, the AC was extremely noisy, the room was not very clean. Im sorry but I cannot recommend this hotel

Limited dining. No lounge chairs at the pool.

Was giving a horrible room not what i had reserved.. Room was. Ugly bed blankets stained pillows were stained disgusting I complained to management told them room i was giving was disgusting. Was given another room. Pool was dirty Next day i requested for another set og towels was not approved looks like guess have to use same towel for several days .

It was average overall. I remembered before booking it to make sure it was family friendly and if it had laundry. I try using the laundry and the front desk told us they do not have laundry for customers and we cannot use theirs . I asked where I can do my laundry and She said somewhere in a colony? 😅 She was not helpful at all and refuse to further help me .
