Stayed here for one night with husband on route to a Provincial campground so we wouldn’t have to set up in the rain. Selected this hotel based on reviews, which we found were accurate. Very friendly, welcoming front desk. We rented a suite with small kitchenette, couch, fireplace, two person jacuzzi which was a pleasant surprise!! We felt like dining in room but there was no menu or signs saying room service was available. Phoned the resto and a friendly young lady rushed a menu to our room. We ordered two mains and deserts and two glasses of wine that arrived in just over 30 minutes, delivery was by the same young lady who delivered our menu. She was so sweet and friendly. Our meals were FANTASTIC!!!! 2nd floor has a free coffee / cappucino station which is a great bonus!!! Small gym, but well equipped enough for a workout and a very good dumbbell supply. We highly recommend this hotel - it was a pleasant surprise!

This is a themed boutique like hotel in the quiet area of Stoney Creek close to lots of small good restaurants each room has a movie start theme I was in the Monica Bellucci room Whoa she is gorgeous Good restaurant on site and excellent breakfast available

We stayed for one night. The value for the room was very good. It was easy to get to. We appreciated the coffee bar on the 2nd floor in the morning. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean with plenty of towels in the bathroom.

This is a clean, well maintained and nicely themed hotel in a safe location in Hamilton. We had breakfast at the on-site restaurant, Baci. That was also nicely designed, clean and good food and service. Wishing we could book another day in June, but that date is fully booked:(.

Parking was easy, food was good and reasonably priced, the staff were amazing, the rooms are lovely.

Our room was so lovely! King suite. The jacuzzi was faaabulous! Everyone was so lovely and friendly! Felt like a higher end hotel. Had the breakfast and that was also delish. Great value! The only sad thing was there’s no hottub, but if you have the jacuzzi you don’t need it !

We had an excellent experience at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our stay. What truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. We had an unexpected emergency during the night and didn’t return to the hotel until 5:00 AM. The front desk staff member was incredibly kind and understanding, and graciously allowed us a late checkout until 1:00 PM at no extra charge so we could get some much-needed rest. That level of care and flexibility made a stressful situation much easier, and we’re very grateful. Highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and outstanding service.

The shower in the room was horribly cold

Amazing hotel with the best staff. We love to stay here when we are in the area. Beautifully appointed rooms, comfy beds and great for families. The price cannot be beat either!
