Parking was easy, food was good and reasonably priced, the staff were amazing, the rooms are lovely.

Our room was so lovely! King suite. The jacuzzi was faaabulous! Everyone was so lovely and friendly! Felt like a higher end hotel. Had the breakfast and that was also delish. Great value! The only sad thing was there’s no hottub, but if you have the jacuzzi you don’t need it !

We had an excellent experience at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our stay. What truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. We had an unexpected emergency during the night and didn’t return to the hotel until 5:00 AM. The front desk staff member was incredibly kind and understanding, and graciously allowed us a late checkout until 1:00 PM at no extra charge so we could get some much-needed rest. That level of care and flexibility made a stressful situation much easier, and we’re very grateful. Highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and outstanding service.

The shower in the room was horribly cold

Staff were extremely helpful and responsive. The room was clean, smelled nice and was stocked with things guests need. The beds were comfortable and clean. Will definitely recommend!

The staff are very pleasant and accommodating, and this very attractive hotel is also very quirky. We stayed in a boutique themed room, dedicated to Sylvester Stallone, and the Rocky movies. That’s not as crazy as it sounds, and everything about the hotel was pleasant and accommodating. .

Great hotel with very pleasant staff. The swimming pool is a little smaller than we thought from the pictures though. It's a great place to stay and we will again!

Room was beautiful and hotel , the two is for when we were checking in. I went to get luggage from Car and when I went to go to my room others were walking into it. Went back down waited in line, they called the room to tell them of the mix up. I waited another 20 mins in lobby with my kids and luggage. When they finally settled everything I went back up and my keys didn’t work. So back to the lobby luggage

Lovely experience staying there. The staff was so friendly and helpful! A big welcoming smile goes along way! Our room was dated but it was clean and accommodated us and our 4 children which was why we specifically booked this hotel as many hotels request multiple rooms to be booked and that’s never really in the budget. Kids loved the indoor swimming pool and LOVED the free cookies at the front desk. We would definitely stay there again. Thankyou!

The room was in very poor condition. It was not clean upon arrival there was food left in the fridge from a previous guest and two black socks beside the bed that were not mine. To make things worse, I woke up in the morning with an earbud stuck to my back that didn’t belong to me. The floor in front of the bathroom was sticky and dirty, to the point that I had to wash it myself. The couch was worn out and clearly past its prime. Overall, the cleanliness and upkeep of the room were unacceptable. After bringing it to the reception attention I was offered a late check out
