Look no further, this is the hotel to book! Want to walk out of your room, past the pool, and through the vineyard to get to the restaurant you’ll want to eat at every night? You can do that here. Tomás and Augustine were very accommodating and took the restaurant to the next level. There were multiple activities you could book to meet other travelers (cooking classes and dinner parties). The breakfast was made to order. The location was great, but the hotel was quiet and tucked away from town. Can’t say enough about this place. Will recommend to anyone going to Mendoza, and we will be back!

Finca Adalgisa is the loveliest b&b style hotel with an attached vineyard, private lounge for hotel guests, and a 10 person dining room for special dinners and cooking classes. This place is pure magic, and the staff is so friendly and amazing. They have bike rentals available to get around Chacras, wonderful recommendations, and the Asado night and Empanada cooking classes are a must! All the guests are super friendly, and it feels like you're a guest on a friend's (very large, beautiful and relaxing) estate.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, the rooms were large comfortable clean. The breakfast was delicious and in such lovely room. Our favorite part was the winery and restaurant on site, where we ate both nights of our stay. Food and wine were delicious and the service was fantastic.

This was the best place we stayed on our recent trip to Argentina and I wish we had stayed longer. The pool and winery were wonderful and we met lovely people in the very friendly family run finca. Our room was beautifully decorated with a very comfy bed. The location is perfect for visiting the area or strolling to the village centre. And just a 30 mins cheap taxi ride to and from the airport.

Finca adalgisa is set in a small winery We had suite with a terrace that was beautiful It is well situated to visit local vineyards for wine tasting and lunch The breakfast was very good The asado which takes place was excellent with a variety of meats salads and vegetables We didn’t do the cookery lesson but others spoke very highly of it We didn’t hire a car and only used taxis that were very reasonably priced

A beautiful small property with vineyards and a nice restaurant for tapas and of course, wine. We booked the cooking class and had a great time making empanadas. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We took a break day and sat by the pool reading and enjoying the quiet. Great location outside Mendoza and towards Uco Valley.
