nothing near by, difficult to get ubers because they dont want to come out of the city. the hotel did help with a reliable cab to the sanctuario. clean enough

The hotel is fine, but unfortunately is in a very awkward location, right by the highway, no chance to walk around. Anything you wish to do has to be by car. Probably too expensive for that location.

Large, clean rooms. Quiet. Breakfast better than another hotel I stayed in on the same trip, but not anything to get excited about. Location requires some detouring to get to depending on where you're coming from. Good for a short stay.

We found access from the main street to the hotel difficult to find especially at night. Also, when booking the hotel through Expedia web site it was written to check in by midnight or we would have to wait until morning. We found this information was incorrect upon arrival to the hotel; because of this , we had to leave the wedding reception early based on the information. Overall we found the hotel good - excellent breakfast, excellent staff to deal with and clean facility.

Personnel working there are awesome. They compensated me when I had to wait for my dinner and also restaurant waitress offered to prepare a sandwich when because I didn't have time I went there at 6:15am to get a fruit. Quite lovely. In another visit 2 months ago I forgot my charger and they had it for me this time. By far this is the best Diego De Almagro.

En general, el hotel es una muy buena opción, ya que cumple con lo que promete y ofrece una estadía cómoda y agradable. Las instalaciones se encuentran en buen estado y se nota preocupación por mantener un estándar adecuado para los huéspedes. Uno de los aspectos que más valoro es que cuente con piscina, especialmente porque viajo con mis hijos pequeños. Para nosotros fue un gran plus, ya que pudieron disfrutar, entretenerse y aprovechar al máximo la estadía sin necesidad de salir del hotel. Ese tipo de espacios marcan una diferencia importante cuando se viaja en familia. El desayuno también es bueno, con opciones variadas y suficientes para comenzar el día de manera adecuada. En general, la experiencia fue positiva y lo recomendaría para quienes buscan un lugar cómodo, familiar y que cumpla con lo ofrecido.
