Got an upgrade to a suite which was awesome!

a Petro-Canada gas station is next to the hotel, and location is next to a major highway, excellent location if you need to get back to the road after the stays.

The pool and hot tub and greenery setting were absolutely beautiful. The breakfast was wonderful. But the room was really bad. They had rooms that overlooked the pool & hot tub, and I felt that because I didn’t speak French, we were put in a really crappy room facing the very busy road. The beds were hard, the light and clock between the beds didn’t work, the toilet seat was soooo loose that I had to tighten it before I could sit on it! Disgusting. Maintenance should have fixed all of that. Very disappointed!

Few good options of restaurants near by. Very practical location.

We found this hotel a couple years ago by random chance and have enjoyed coming back whenever we’re in the area. Great location just off the highway, quiet, and we like the inside balconies overlooking the pool and bird area.

The management better start renovating. Some areas are looking their age.

Phone was broken so couldn’t call the front desk for toilet paper (none) smell in lobby other than chlorine from the pool.
