Good hotel, good breakfast

Rooms were average but good enough to sleep in. Staff were friendly and the continental breakfast was decent. I'd stay here again - 3.5 ⭐

There were hairs and dirty brown marks on one of the fitted sheets and pillow case. There were quite a few DIY fixes clearly in the bathroom. The tub did not drain properly. The pool was nice. The breakfast was very mediocore. No bacon?? The first staff at the desk was extremely slow. The second was much more efficient. When paying $290 for a room... I'd expect more. I've stayed at some really nice places for less.

Booked because amenities stayed hot tub. There was no hot tub.

Check in staff was not friendly, and didnt explain any of the usual amenities. Pool has clearly been closed for an extended period of time - no tile but a sign saying itll open in 10 days. The room was absolute filth. The floors were phhsically dirty in the whole room. The fridge was not functional and full of mold. Black mildew along all the grout lines in the shower. One of the two beds looked sat on, maybe unclean. Very poor. Would not recommend anyone stay here.

Good stuff: room was very clean, with lots of pillows and towels, a mini-fridge, microwave, and in-room coffee. Not so good: the room was FREEZING when I checked in. Not just chilly but freezing.

Room was good, staffs were polite and helpful but the pool and hot tub were not available (which was one of the reasons we booked the hotel)

The place is clean but is in need of a major renovation. The pool and hot tub were closed by the board of health, and the breakfast was weak when compared to other hotels in the same price range.

Pool was closed for public safety. Breakfast closed early. Coffee was awful. Elevator banged and clunked going up and down. Overall not a nice experience.

Did not have breakfast here. The hotel was adequate for our stay in Orleans visiting our son over Christmas.

Parking was easily accessible to load and unload luggage. The breakfast menu was packed with a selection of hot and cold options. The room was clean and well supplied.

Pool wasnt open, bathroom had old moldy caulking around the tub, there was a constant humm of a machine below our room, all night long.. enough to disturb sleep, the mini fridge was unlevel and noisy..over all this place has been over looked and out dated for many years.. step up your game quality inn new orleans.. this was two yrs after our last visit and nothing has changed, no vending machines on any floors and not even a water bottle or two in the room..
