Lovely staff. Clean Hotel. And great Location!

The room was nice and large. It has a semi kitchen (sink, fridge, kettle) TV has English channels (need to play with the menu to find change language). The balcony is very nice to sit on with a nice breeze. Breakfast had a nice variety of baked goods.

VERY FRIENDLY STAFF

Belgrano is a very nice neighborhood, with good food and activities nearby. It is not too far from Palermo. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good but could vary the pastries a bit. The pool was great since there was a major heatwave in Buenos Aires. Logically it got busy, but was great to be able to cool down.

This was a very serviceable hotel, near to everything. The room was cleaned, the front desk was helpful. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful. The price was right. The neighborhood was quite enough that we left. Our windows opened.. I would recommend this place to anyone for a value and solid quality. It isn’t luxury, it’s just a good hotel. The elevator was a little slow, there’s only one for all of the floors.

The hotel is quite old and poorly maintained. The wooden floor had loose boards, which felt unsafe and noisy. The bathroom was outdated, and the overall condition of the room was disappointing. Breakfast was basic to poor, with limited options. The room was noisy due to old windows and poor soundproofing. You should only stay here if you activities are planned in the area.

Front desk staff were especially friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and again the staff very friendly.

Loved my stay everyone wasso friendly

The service is excellent, but we did not have wifi in our room, only in public areas of the hotel. The breakfast was not great, just coffee and varieties of breads and sweet breads, a couple of times some cut fruit, although they did have a bowl with unpeeled oranges apples and bananas. The room was quiet, good access and helpers were very nice.
