Upgraded 'superior' room's floor in poor state of repair. It was a basic room, basic comfort at best. Corridor carpets haven't been vacuumed or clean.

Clean room, close to downtown and shopping area, easily walkable. PS: the bus is free!!

This was a great stay that we would recommend. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Free parking. The room was spacious and well appointed with a kitchenette including microwave cooktop and fridge. Our room had great views over the harbour and the hotel was walking distance to C B D. There was also a games room. The breakfast was excellent!!

Honest review! Area not great. Many separate buildings so reception not easy to locate. Room needs renovating and very basic. Wardrobe didn’t close. Fridge very noisy. Corridors dirty. Staff were ok. Bar area nice looking over the water. Bed comfy. If all you need to do is sleep, it’s ok. If you’re taking a break, look for somewhere nice and more conveniently located. Parking secure and easy, also good price. Nowhere close by to eat. Dunkirk itself is run down. Beach area nice with some nice bars and restaurants but a good 30 min walk. It is clear to see they are trying to reinvigorate the town, which is going well in some areas.

Good suite overall, all white goods and cutleries inside , bathroom was stinky , we were by default given the room in other corner at different building at 6th floor, not sure how they decide, breakfast was ok for the price .

Very clean room with plenty of space for a family of 4. Would definitely stay here again.
