Clean and quiet

Convenient location next to shopping mall and across the street from an authentic Italian restaurant. Service was excellent. Enjoyed the dry sauna. Had gym and wet sauna also.

Not even close to American standards. Bathroom too small, no English channels on TV, no bell-boys. Expected more being beside Patio Batel. The food was excellent!

Friendly staff and a clean room. The breakfast was on par with room rate. The room had vaulted ceilings and a unique feel. No complaints.

The hotel service is good. The location is excellent. The only problem is that the walls of the room are problably made of low quality dry wall and you can listen to a lot of noise from the neighbor rooms and the hallway. Take earplugs...

Best location in Curitiba. Room was ok but breakfast could be better.

I have stayed in almost all the hotels in Curitiba for the past 20 years. I do like Transamerica Prime Hotel for its location and comfort.

Desta vez me colocaram num andar que tinha sujeira e pó de obra.

No check-in, o atendimento deixou a desejar. A atendente, quando questionada sobre a possibilidade de optar por um quarto no andar superior, como em outras ocasiões, foi ríspida ao informar que não poderia, pois implicaria um upgrade. Outro atendente interviu — desta vez, com gentileza —, proporcionando o quarto conforme solicitado. A limpeza do banheiro deixou a desejar, seja da limpeza diária, seja pela limpeza dos resíduos da reforma. Destaque positivo para a equipe do estacionamento terceirizado: todos gentis, prestativos e atenciosos.
