Lack of parking was an issue. We got pickpocketed walking the 5 minutes to the car and lost a credit card and two bank cards. The lights in the small room were very dusty, but the bathroom was sparkling and the balcony nice. Staff were lovely.

The hotel staff is super nice and they did their best to make us feel very confortable. Rooms are a bit small if you are traveling with big suitcases or several days but perfect for a long weekend

Located in a very busy area. I don’t think the hotel is well maintained. Very difficult to find parking.

A very nice hotel with great staff. Entrance to the reception area was extremely tricky as it was down stairs.

The property is nice and just about 4 blocks from the beach. The roof top pool is small but nice enough since the beach is so close. The breakfast in the morning is also very good with plenty of options.

Excellent Hotel, very clean, very helpful staff. Rooftop bar was fantastic with great views, plenty of beds and a nice pool. No rip off extras, no hard sell, just a nice place. Worried we were going to be a bit old and it was going to be noisy but it was welcoming and peaceful.

Very modern and well presented Hotel. Fabulous views from the rooftop bar and terrace. Comfortable snug rooms with balcony, excellent showers. First class breakfast.

Wonderful stay here lovely room not huge but plenty big enough- very clean and excellent showers! Amazing breakfast. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

All of the staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good with lots of options each day. The room was clean and housekeeping made the beds and changed the towels each day if needed. However the noise was horrendous. We are both easy going people but the building work started around 8am and continued all day. We came for a relaxing holiday and this really spoilt it. Our room was also above the breakfast area and the walls must be so thin. We could hear everything and it disturbed our sleep. The aircon was also faulty/did not turn on so we had to sleep with the door of the balcony open every night. This didn't feel particularly safe but we didn't have another option. I wouldn't stay here again because the noise truly dampened our experience.

Staff was super friendly and helpful in multiple languages. Room was “clean” but not super super clean. Example: nailpolish stains, chipped nightstands… Very hard to park in the area

Staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel refused to turn on the air conditioning so after a day at over 30 degree temps the room was stifling hot at night. I understand saving energy but we book hotels to be comfortable in and this hotel failed to fulfill this. As a consequence 4 nights of miserable sleep. The entire TV system was also broken the entire time we were there. The property was OK, but with no AC and TV and certainly no apology from hotel management it is hard to be positive about the property.

Good location, good hotel, just had some problems with water for 2 days, it was either too hot or too cold.

good shower, comfortable beds, nice design, everything is new. good breakfast but you need to buy coffee. only instant coffee is for free. very good restaurants nearby the hotel. we liked Restaurante las Sirenas and Tasca Gallega the linen was changed seversl times during our 9 days' stay, everyday cleaning was good safe worked well good location as you can get easy to shops, restaurants, Palma and airport the nearest beach is nearby but we preferred to walk along embankment around 15 minutes to get anotger psrt of huge beach there is a nice small beach as well which is lovely to enjoy sunsets

Super staff, very friendly and helpful. Sky Bar and pool are fantastic. Superb sunset views.

My stay was very good. Great location, especially to the local bus stop, beach, shops and supermarkets. Hotel pool a bit crowded but it is in the middle of summer, don't stay in the pool, go to the beach! If I absolutely have to pick up one thing that is not so great, is that the water isn't as clear at this part of the beach, when compared to some other beaches in Mallorca (e.g. Magaluf Beach).

Is only a couple of minutes away from the beach but the location is not the best. Not very safe to go out at night.
