One elevator out of service, were told it had been out of service for over 2 months. Used stairs instead up to the 7th floor...lots of garbage laying in stairwells.Busy weekend there with lots of hockey/soccer and dance families. Incredible amount of noise in hallways after hours (yelling, slamming doors, running etc) front desk staff was quite rude when we asked for extra bedding. Was happy to be able to leave and go home.

Everything was amazing. From the communication to make sure our daughters needs were met, to the breakfast to check out. It was unfortunate that there were several hockey teams and only one functioning elevator, as the other one was out of order. Hot tub and pool where clean and warm. Super impressed that as close as the hotel is to the 400 highway, you cannot hear it at all.

2 hours after we checked in, we got a call to our room making sure we got settled and asked if there was anything else we needed. It warmed my heart

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during a recent work trip. It's spacious and clean. Will be staying here again!

The breakfast was amazing! I find the configuration of the room is disappointing. We wanted a full suite with a separate bedroom but did not get that. Also, not a full suite as there is no full kitchen.

The place is top noch. The welcoming team The room The breakfast all are great. One thing please note the parking is not included is $5 per night even it said that is included. Not minding the $5 is just not clear at time of reservation. Anyway we like it

Staff were helpful and respectful. Cleanliness wasn’t taken care of the way it was supposed to be. Towels in the swimming pool area were dirty and you could clearly see stain on them, even one of them with a big visible blood stain. Inside my room toilet and shower was in two separate areas and the door lock for both areas were broken, as soon as I entered the room I noticed that and I called front desk and they luckily changed my room but even there the lock for toil room was broken but fortunately the one for shower room was working properly. Door keys were so sensitive to magnetic and metal that every time I was returning to my room I had to have them reactivated at the front desk, otherwise it wouldn’t open the door for my room. I hope they solve the issues in the areas mentioned above.

Pool was nice and warm. Hot tub was hot and so were the plates at breakfast! Very delicious breakfast. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

A great hotel for families. Breakfast had both hot and cold food, lots of tables to eat at when it’s busy, lovely warm pool (not huge but clean), room was modern and very clean, parking only $5 a night.
