The hotel has an excellent location, with easy access to public transportation, and restaurants. We booked a room for 4 pax. The room was surprisingly spacious by Japanese standards. Even with four adults staying in the room, there was enough space for everyone to fully open their large suitcases after a day of shopping without feeling cramped. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to families or groups looking for convenience and extra space in Japan.

Good location - close to station, a shopping arcade, Canal City. Not so much for families considering it is in middle of what looks to be the red light district of city. Staff were great. Facilities were nice.

Booked smoking semi double room by mistake. Able to change to nonsmoking for the first night then upgrade to standard double room which is better for us. Spacious room. Helpful staff.

Love the location, amenities, and service! It’s located at a very convenient section with a subway station 3 mins away, and a walkable distance to Tenjin business circle. The subway nearby also takes you right to the Fukuoka Airport with no need to transfer. The hotel itself is relatively new, the room was spaceful enough to organize the luggages. Water condition was good, and cleaning service is require with stays of 4 nights and more. You always get new towels and water bottles everyday. Staff at the main counter, on the floor and in the restaurant were all friendly and professional. Will definitely book Resol Trinity again if coming to Fukuoka!

Friendly staff and nice location

Great location. Loved the club and late night scene in the area, with tons of ramen and yakitori places nearby. Great views from thr room and the lobby. Small rooms but that's Japan for you, and the room itself is comfy and clean with all the amenities you need. We stayed three nights and loved the adventurous vibe of the neighborhood.

Great location, lovely onsen, nice city view

The location is unbeatable. The reception is on the 13th floor and the view was nice.

Had to make it to break fast room by 7.30am. Otherwise a queue formed for 15 mins or more.Breakfast was limited due to the fact that almost half the food was Japanese cuisine which westerners don't consume.

This is located at the center of Nakasu area within walkable distance for many many dinings.

Located in very convenient place. Subway station, convenience stores etc. everything is close to the hotel. Guests can use big nice hotel spa. The breakfast was amazing. There are many kinds of food and the restaurant even offered morning wine ^^. I would come back to this hotel when I stay in Hakata for sure!

This is my second time to stay at this hotel, walkable to restaurant and shopping place. Very nice
