Outstanding staff - desk staff was friendly and competent. Bar tender was a delight - she made the pumpkin martinis to our specifics and delivered them with a smile. Body lotion needs to be refilled/replaced in room 338

The room was perfect, A/c was set at perfect temperature. Everything very well cleaned and stocked

The overall stay was great! Hotel is great and is in a great area. Lots of restaurants and shopping around. Only complaint is it took like 30-40 minutes to get some hot water running in the shower!

Beds were a little firm for me but that might be because I'm used to my sleep number bed. Otherwise, stay was good. Recommend adding the breakfast option, it was a great deal for the price. Server Jean was very helpful.

The room was so clean, and spacious. I immediately felt relaxed upon entering. The staff was kind and welcoming. Monica attended to my needs and seemed so genuine. This is now my hotel of choice anytime I am in Watertown.
