Staff excellent. Only issue restaurant closed had to order delivery, why dont Hotels.com and the hotels mention this prior to booking. Would not have have booked had I known this.

Remote location - need a car Grounds and terraces/patio a bit tired. Sun beds and chairs could do with replacing. Good breakfast Excellent pool

It’s a beautiful place, the location is just amazing. Lovely pool, very relaxing. We only stayed one night, didn’t get a chance to try their spa services. Everything is clean, the atmosphere is serene, the staff were lovely, kind and welcoming.

Staff were very helpful and pleasant. we were travelling with our family dog and the amenities were more than adequate. We were pleased with the room and staff. Did not have a pleasant meal which was concerning. Pasta overcooked and suspect the tuna not fresh but from a can. Otherwise the stay was ok.

We stayed in one of the villas, and found them to be very clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Although the additional charges such as for room cleaning was unusual, it was not a significant detractor. Overall, the staff, facilities and location were amazing. I highly recommend the Relais Il Casale to anyone who is looking for a relaxing location in Italy.

We drove over to Italy from France for a little get away time. Perfect place and super staff.

Amazing hotel, location just far enough away from the busy beaches of Finale Ligure, but close enough to visit on a hot summer day. Gorgeous views, amazing staff. Everyone was so friendly and accommodated my Gluten Free needs. Massage was fantastic!

Fabulous way to end our Italian holiday. Hotel staff were fantastic. I have a lot of food allergies and the chef went out of his way to make me an interesting and very tasty menu. Free prosecco with our meal. Down side, robes , slippers towel and bag are 14 euro's for the duration of your stay. Okay if you stay 2 to 3 nights but quite expensive if just staying the one night. Would definitely go back

We stayed in the villas that are on site. It's lovely and quiet and very relaxing. The inside of the villa was really nice with lovely furnishings. But the downside was that we had no tea towel and washing up liquid or even a cloth to wipe the table. These are the last things you want to go and buy when we were only there 3 days. Also breakfast and dinner very expensive to purchase.

Ho soggiornato al Relais con il mio pastore tedesco. Un appartamento con giardino, completamente recintato e con cancello. L'appartamento fornito di cucina con tutto il necessario,due bagni e due camere da letto. Proprietario e personale gentilissimo. Volevo relax e sono stata pienamente soddisfatta. SPA piccola, ma carina: funzionale la sauna con il sale rosa dell' Himalaya. Piscina esterna riscaldata con idromassaggio e lettini per il sole.

Fint sted, god plads med stor lejlighed og både køleskab og fryser. Dejlig altan og roligt hyggelig sted midt i dalen. Mere som leje af lejlighed end egentlig hotel. Vi fik lov at låne poolen uden beregning, men var kun i kortvarigt. Fin base og hyggeligt sted

Trist med avgifter som tillkommer för frukost och för att nyttja poolen. Dessutom stod kostnaden för frukost inte i proportion till vad man fick - kakor och varm dryck.

Très bien je le conseil sans hésiter.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour en famille ,dans un appart'hotel premier très propre. .De l espace pour 4, grande piscine balnéo,pt déj très correct.Personnel agréable et courtois. Cadre reposant dans la montagne,situé à 6 kms des plages nous y retournerions bien!
