Lovely hotel - great value for money. Friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. Accessible to the beach, restaurants and public transport. We had a twin and a double room. Twin beds were apparently quite uncomfortable, but double was fine for us. Lovely adequate breakfast. Didn’t use the pool as it was typically in the shade, and the beach was just there! There were always lifeguards on duty at the times specified. The beach felt safe with water of approx 1m for 10m or so off shore. Only real downside was the neighbouring hotel which seemed to have a party club vibe from 10am until about 11pm with regular full blast warblings of off key karaoke. I like music and a lovely holiday vibe but this did drive us from the beach on more than one occasion. Overall, I would recommend this hotel as good value for money, decent location and welcoming, helpful staff.

Old building , old everything. Probably a nice hotel 30 years ago. Not a 4 stars today.

The hotel staff are really sweet and welcoming. The location is perfect. The hotel needs some upgrading with regards to furnishings and shower cubicle and the WiFi login system is very much outdated. All in all though it was a pleasant stay and the breakfast was good.

What's not to like...a beautiful property right on the beach and with so many restaurants and shops within a 5 min walk...what more could you ask for.

I like everything, however the rooms need to be updated soon.

Small rooms...not enough parking....good if you have children. We did not and the crying baby across the hall was very audible for the hour it lasted in the middle of the night. The noise from the show on Friday and Saturday was extremely loud but it was over at midnight. The Sea Lion next door is a better option if you don't want a family style vacation.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean. The room was comfortable.

Picked it as a halfway point between Naples and Venice. Who knew it would be a trip highlight with nice beach and top amenities. Swam in Mediterranean in the AM in Naples, then in Adriatic in afternoon at Promenade. Turns out this is a top summer destination for Italians and with good reason. We'd stay again happily.

The hotel is ok although nothing special. it boasts a 4star which would be a 3 star anywhere else. The breakfast is the typical low budget italian style with some watered down sweet juice and a few stale croissants. not the best start to the day but on the bright side it is situated right on the beach front.

The only thing 4 star about this hotel was it personnel's pretentious demeanor. The rooms were not clean, the shower wouldn't drain, the balcony door was broken, and we had to ask them to put the a/c on for the rooms. I'm glad we only stayed there one night.
