Quick stay 2 night , good value enjoyed the pools

The pools at the Glenwood are great. Our room has always been very large and the beds very comfortable. There does seem to be a "moisture removal" issue. The fan in the bathroom doesn't even disturb the air, so the room is always very humid. It has never smelled moldy, but this time did smell like sheets left wet in the washing machine for a couple of days. We were constantly trying to leave door open to air it out. I did mention to the front desk. Heads up if you need to leave before 7am,the desk is closed and they want you to go check out at the Best Western downtown. We have stayed here for the past couple of years. We enjoy the pools and the size of the rooms. We will keep coming back.

The room was great. Well air conditioned and very clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. Staff was friendly and kiddos loved the outdoor pool!

Spent 1 night there with my dog. Didn't use either pool or the hot tub. The room was clean and nice. Great views of the mountains.

Pools are very, very cold even when it’s 34 degrees outside. A little heating would make pool use possible, Lil-T’s restaurant and a convenience store 2 minutes walk across the highway were great.

The room was comfortable and easy in and out from highway. Outdoor pool was lovely and staff accomodating.

It was clean and comfortable, the wifi was actually a good speed and I had what I needed for a 1 night work trip, simple , comfortable, quiet and clean.

I would stay again as this was affordable but if I was looking for a holiday or something special I would choose somewhere else. This place could be cleaner but for a good price I just accepted it and let the staff know my suggestions in the end.

Pools are great! Big rooms. Comfy beds. The bathrooms fan isn't big enough so the rooms get too humid. Strong water pressure, good temperature. Will stay again!

We’ve stayed here several times when visiting the area. Never a problem. Always great!

Glenwood Inn and Suites has become my favourite stay when I go to Trail. It’s clean, well kept and has the few things that I like when choosing a motel. Pool, hot tub and fridge, microwave inside the room. Plus it’s mere minutes from downtown Trail, where many amenities are. One can never go wrong with choosing Glenwood Inn and Suites.
