They gave us coffee in the morning even though the restaurant was closed. Very friendly and helpful.

The room was clean and tidy.

They try to give us the smallest room in a 4th floor without elevator, because of our reservation through Hotels.com After discusson I was able to get a larger room in the 3rd floor. Other guests were noisy at night. Stayed there only because of location convenient to a home I am remodelling.

Not close to air port but sounds like you are on runway. No air conditioner. Need to be buzzed in and out, small rooms, noisy neighborhood, no coffee in room, staff was nice but could only say that it was exactly what was advertised. Last minute booking on our part so I guess you get what you ask and pay for.

Reception staff was friendly and efficient. Room was clean and tidy. Loud music in the neighborhood pretty much all night and some airplane noise. However, good value overall.

The building is very safe and the stuff are very nice and helpful.

Lovely, helpful, cheerful staff. Went, literally, the extra mile to help. Personally took me shopping and banking. Spanish lessons. Swift shuttle to and from airport. Stay here when in town.
